What amazing views! The ultimate Girls Trip! Travelled with 9 of the best ladies ever. The property is well kept and has the BEST views. We really did not want to leave. I love the 3 villa concept as this allows for privacy and comfort, especially traveling with a large group. The birthday ladies really enjoyed the property and was sooo happy I selected The views are always Blue at Eleven Villa Blu. If you’re thinking of booking, please don’t hesitate, just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for having us!

The property was very clean. Jackie met us and took us to the house. She and her daughter were super nice and helpful. We LOVED everything about St John! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great trip. House was amazing! The honor bar (there was a fully stocked bar, there for our use as long as we contributed as much as we used) was a cool feature. Central air in all living spaces was very important as it was very hot this August. Outdoor showers in the suitedwas a fun touch. Kitchen was the most equipped than any other place we have stayed. Our host was very responsive and even came one evening to relocate a wayward iguana from the pool deck

Taking in the views on the balcony was the best part of our stay, especially the boat traffic during the day and the night lights and stars. The villa is at a good location -- not far from anything on the west side and an easy drive on good roads, and very accessible parking. The home was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking, etc. The beach chairs are the best we've had at a VRBO! We appreciated having 2 nice coolers and a bag of ice waiting for us in the freezer--really thoughtful. The pool is a nice size, larger than usual in the VI and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden setting. The living/kitchen area does get hot. One of the reasons who chose this villa was the quick and friendly communications from the owner. We definitely recommend this villa.

The host was very infomative from the get go, secondly, if there is paradose on earth, this was the place. My family and I came here to celebrate my husband's 50th but also to show the kids St John and it not disappoint. Waking up everyday surrounded by the pcean I can get ised to that. Thank you so much Karen and Ibro. I highly recommend this beautiful villa as we will be coming back soon!

The One Beach Road property is simply amazing and had everything we wanted for our family of six (kids ranging from 15 - 23). The bedrooms are big and roomy and while it was hot on the island, the air conditioning kept the house very comfortable. The kitchen has ALL the pots, pans, silverware etc, that we needed, and it was a nice bonus that there was a lot of left over alcohol and some food from prior groups (and we left some behind as well). The pool becomes the focal point where everyone gathered starting before lunch or late in the day if we did activities during the day. We truly were able to do everything right from the house. Swim in the pool, sit at the private beach, snorkel and kayak. Tip... the snorkeling is better to the right of the house than the left. And if we really wanted a change in scenery Lindquist Beach was a 2-minute drive or 15-minute kayak trip. The nearest town is Red Hook and while not the largest town on the island, I wouldn't have changed picking this location. We went out to dinner four nights at a different restaurant each night and they were all very good. The property manager Staci was great starting even before we got to the island with her tips and advice on how to make our stay great. She even dropped off fresh home-made bagels one morning. While we had no problems at all with the house, having met Staci I am sure she would have had it quickly resolved. I would definitely rent One Beach Road again if we end up back on St. Thomas

The house is gorgeous and the views are stunning! We were two families of 4, each with teenage children, sharing this house and it provided a gracious amount of space. It was an easy trip to town and to the north shore beaches. We cooked in every evening and had every kitchen tool needed to prepare our meals. We started and ended every day on the back patio, gazing in awe at the beauty before us. It was our second trip to St. John and this was definitely our favorite location!

House was as described online. Host was amazing, place was warm and welcoming, had everything we needed. Location was great, 5-15 min from everything.
