We have stayed in dozens of properties in Kiawah over the last 30 years and Kiawah Elegance is an extraordinary property. From the minute you walk through the front door you feel the care that the owners have taken to create a warm, thoughtful and inviting environment for their guests. The owners' attention to detail is exceptional and the house is equipped with everything a large family needs to gather together. We intend to return again and again! We were in Johns Island for my daughter's birthday and stayed for 3 nights. It is just beautiful - a well designed & constructed space. Easy to find though it is off the "beaten path" and is secluded. It is very clean and the bed is excellently comfortable. The Owner was always available for advice on local businesses - most importantly - the closest local coffee shop!! There is a Keurig in this cozy guesthouse but when we're on vacation, we enjoy going out for coffee. We were fortunate to meet the Owner as well as his lovely pets. Sam is great guy and so is the space he designed for visitors.

First class stay, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kiawah!!

Loved the place very nice and clean

Blue Moon is a great house for small group across street from beach and walkable to town. House is very clean, well supplied with great decor. Outdoor patio and shower a bonus. Highly recommend and will be coming back for sure.
