Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We love Ormond Beach - the quiet, calm nature of the area. And this property is in a perfect location - a quick walk to the beach. When we want more activity, we jump in the car and drive down the road to Daytona Beach or to Orlando.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house has a great lay-out. The master bedroom is ultra-relaxing with the king sized bed. The master bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen is ready for cooking - we cook a lot when we are here! There is nothing nicer than sleeping in, grinding some fresh coffee beans, and drinking a nice cup of coffee while playing a board game or reading the paper. The living room and dining room INVITE conversation. They are fun to hang out in! The guest room has twin beds and is nice and comfy. The second bathroom has a skylight right over the tub - ahhhhhh. The backyard is a great place to hang out and eat, sunbathe, chat, and relax. It is a super house!
Great new grocery store coming fall/winter 2009! Restaurant in the same mall, plus a discount Bealls store.
Super tasty hot dogs served by a guy with a Bronx accent and loads of stories.
