The Van Lee is one of the tallest buildings in Ormond with direct and easy access to the beach and the very best sightlines for experiencing the beauty, life, and movement of the Atlantic ocean. Local shops, grocery stores, farmer and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are within walking distance with many more adventures and opportunities just beyond walking distance, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona 500.

Enjoy the town or simply relax in a modern and serene environment where the sandy beaches and ocean waves are framed in the floor to ceiling windows. Or, step outside onto your 7th-floor balcony to breathe in the ocean air and experience the undisturbed sounds of the ocean. The minute we walked in, we were thrillled! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern and had everything we could’ve needed. The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and the view was incredible. The condo was quiet and everyone we meet were so nice. We had access to the private access to the beach, a gym, a library and a pool. Peter was a great host and communicated everything well. We will definitely be back!

Van Lee 705 is an absolutely beautiful condo! It has comfortable beds, the kitchen is well stocked, lots of beach accessories, and the view was amazing! The AC stopped working but Peter was so great about getting someone out ASAP and making sure we were comfortable. We really appreciate Peter doing everything he could to make sure we had a great week. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Our vacation was wonderful! We love coming to the Van Lee, especially Peter's condos, and this trip was no exception! We had some issues with the washer and it ended up just not working anymore midweek, but Peter went above and beyond to communicate with us and ended up having a brand new washer installed by the end of our stay for us to use before we went home. We're very appreciative of the time he took to take care of everything, and we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again!

Can’t get any closer staying at the beach. This is not our first time here, nor will it be our last. Peter is very attentive and accommodating. There is spacious, clean room for all to enjoy. Best view on the planet. A hidden gold nugget. I need to be careful because the more people that know about this place will cause it to be occupied more, therefore lessening my chance. But it deserves a gold star.

Winter Get Away

We rented Peter's condo for 2 weeks to visit family in Ormond Beach and to also get away from the cold and snowy weather of New Jersey. Peter's place was perfect for us. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The renovation of the unit was beautiful and added to the enjoyment of the stay. Peter was very easy to communicate with and we will be staying again next year.

Sister Vacation

My 3 sisters and I take a vacation together once a year, all of which are beach oriented and have for many years. Repeat customer visit

I believe this visit was our 4th stay in Peter’s condo. It’s a great place — many amenities and Peter also seems to provide extra touches that sets it apart from other offerings beyond the basics: Qi chargers throughout, trash bags, coffee sweetener and sugar, and pump soap in the bathrooms are several examples. Thanks for a pleasant week again Peter!

A great beach getaway!

Our unit was immaculate and beautiful and well appointed with all of the necessities. The building is old and had some issues with the elevator, but we made do. I love the close proximity of the beach to the pool and the building. It’s very accommodating for those with small children or elderly family members.
