Singles, couples or small families with kids will be comfortably accommodated in this spacious Casita. This property is peaceful and private on one acre in the rolling hills and pine trees. Our location provides a country feel that is still close to town as one road, Alameda, takes you directly to the Historic Plaza. Cozy southwest interior design with a jacuzzi bathtub and wood-burning fireplace. Includes a comfortable pillow-top queen-size bed in master bedroom and sofa-sleeper in the great room.

We have single roll-away beds available upon request. We are located near the Historic Plaza yet private in the foothills of Santa Fe with a custom stone patio, hot tub, mountain views, and an environment in which you can relax/dine while viewing the sunset and Jemez mountains.

Built in 2006 with award winning architects this property has both contemporary and traditional influences. The décor was assembled by a designer who chose the finest furniture, fixtures and accessories. Fine cotton sheets, thick towels, robes, down pillows and duvets will give you a luxurious experience. You will be welcomed to our beautiful guest house with the following amenities: Built-in surround stereo system, two cable TV's, movies, DVDs, CDs and materials listing Santa Fe activities.

Overall you will be amazed how big this 700 square foot guest house feels with a signature stone patio looking at the sunset and mountains. Sit comfortably outside while you experience Santa Fe with 20 mile sunset views.

This property has a kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, mini appliances etc. Four burners, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stainless refrigerator. Also, we have plenty of parking for two cars. You can hike and bike from the property. Airport shuttles are available to transport you to and from the house and the Plaza is a short cab ride away. (five to seven minutes).

Policies: 1. Deposits: 50% at booking. 50% 45 days before arrival - holidays/events 90 days. (100% payment with reduced rate.) 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental. 3. Your Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached to your email "Reservation Confirmation" upon booking. 4. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 5. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. 6. Recycle: Use bins outside or separate in bags. 7. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $15/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. 11. Hot Tub: Shower before & no children under 18 w/o adult supervision. 8am to 9pm. 12. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. 13. Leave units as you found them except detailed cleaning. 14.   • Wow. Casita Nomad is truly amazing. In every aspect quality shines through. The construction, decorating, and maintenance are all top notch, but I think my favorite part was the location. The views are spectacular and I don’t know how it could have been more peaceful. At first our plan was to stay closer (walking distance) to the plaza, I’m so glad we stayed where we did. The biggest drawback was that we didn’t see as much of Santa Fe because we enjoyed the casita so much. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee and evening grilling, not to mention sitting in the hot tub for sunset. And there is great access to shopping and excellent hiking. I hope others appreciate all the nice touches as much as we did.

  • My wife and I have just arrived at the Casita and we are amazed. Very often pictures tend to make things look a lot better but this place is amazing. It's really nice, brand new, the location is fantastic, quiet, cozy, stylish and only 5min drive from the Historic Plaza. Brilliant!
