There is an extended deck area with a large lanai with ceiling fans to offer shade from those long Florida sunny days. The deck area backs on to a large grassed area which gives privacy to the pool and spa.Take your meals by the pool or relax with a drink. You will never stay in a hotel again.

WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A SUITABLE PROPERTY FOR OUR FAMILY TO ENJOY BUT WHICH ALSO OFFERED RENTAL POTENTIAL. WE VISITED EMERALD ISLAND WHEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND BOUGHT THE PROPERTY OFF PLAN. HAVING VISITED THE SHOWHOME WE REALISED THIS WAS OUR DREAM HOME, AND EMERALD ISLAND IS THE NUMBER 1 LOCATION IN THE AREA. THE RESORT IS INCREDIBLY PEACEFUL, SURROUNDED BY LAKES AND CONSERVATION, YET ONLY MINUTES FROM ALL THE ATTRACTIONS. PARADISE !

We had a FANTASTIC extended family holiday here !!! Loved every minute of it. The swimming pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the relaxing spa !!!! The games room went down a treat as well, especially for our 'Thank you Nana' party !

Really enjoyed our stay ay tour villa. Very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Great for kids - they have loved the pool and games room. Would definitely stay here again and so convenient for the parks. We love Florida !!!Have a nice day y'all !!!

"My family of five has travelled to Florida many times and we have always stayed in hotels in and around Disney (even once staying on the property). We decided that since eleven of us were going on this trip we would try and rent a house. None of us had ever done this before and all of us had our suspicions about who we would be renting from. Robert was always helpful and professional from my very first email to him. He made the whole process very easy and upon our arrival the house was more than we could have ever imagined. It was spotless when we arrived and supplied with everything we could ever need. It is close to all the Disney parks and a short (2minute) drive to groceries, banks, and restaurants. The pool was refreshing after a day at the parks. I would highly recommend this house and would most definately stay here again.
