Located only 5 minutes from Disney, on the exclusive Emerald Island development, this is a beautiful, 6 bedroom, detached villa on a large plot with wonderful pool and spa. There is an extended deck area with a large lanai with ceiling fans to offer shade from those long Florida sunny days. The deck area backs on to a large grassed area which gives privacy to the pool and spa.Take your meals by the pool or relax with a drink. You will never stay in a hotel again.

The villa is beautifully decorated throughout, each room has a TV and DVD player, 3 lounges, nook with comfortable seating and TV/DVD, large 52 inch TV in lounge, 6 bedrooms, 1 master en suite on the ground floor and one master en suite upstairs, 2 queens and 2 twins, one of which is a Disney themed room. Superbly fitted kitchen area and utility room with washer and dryer, fans in each room and air conditioned throughout. 2 lounge areas, one with CD player, plus an upstairs nook where you can relax and unwind

The clubhouse offers fitness centre, pool, tikki bar and free internet. You cannot get closer to Disney!

Within a mile are a huge selection of restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Wendys, Dennys, Cracker Barrel, Golden Corral, Tgi Fridays etc etc. Supermarkets such as Publix and Winn Dixie are close by, together with a medical centre, mini golf etc.

  • We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in the summer of last year (2005) and we have just returned from 3 weeks there this summer (2006). Once again our family had a fantastic time! It is a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and really makes for a perfect holiday. It allows such flexibility due to its excellent location and after a tiring day at the theme parks with the kids it is such a relief to know its only a five minute drive back to the house where we could jump straight in the pool or jacuzzi and relax. After staying in your beautiful home we will never stay in a hotel in Orlando again as the most memorable and enjoyable holidays we have ever had have been in this house and we would like to thank you for the opportunity to stay there and for sharing your beautiful home with us.
