It is fully equipped with front-load washer and dryer, linens and towels, hair blow dryers for all 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen(double set of pots and pans for large group). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This is a new condo complete with all amenities. There are 4 awesome decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV with DVD/VCR Built-in. Imagine that! If you feel like cooking, you can enjoy the new granite kitchen. There is also a sofa that becomes a queen-sized bed. This condo is like no other. You must see it to appreciate its custom decorated beauty .... All for your enjoyment! The rates are very comparable. This unit is perfect for a large family vacation, several couples vacationing together, baseball trips, cheerleader trips, corporate getaways, reunions, etc.

This condominium is locate at 10611 Front Beach Road and is central in the heart of Panama City Beach. You can walk to everything, yet, it is a quiet and low-density building. The building has a sauna, and steam room that you won't find in other complexes.
Please, No (fish or shrimp) fries or deep frying in the condo.
Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO House PARTY are allowed!
* We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone. If for any reason a guest and/or relations to that guest causes a disturbance in which we or law enforcement are contacted, the guest and the party will be evicted and both the deposit and the rent paid will be forfeited with no exceptions.

Refundable Security Deposit is required to hold reservation. plus one-time cleaning fee $125 and lodging taxe of 10.65% are additional.

A goup of 8 ladies stayed in mid Jan 09. Condo was clean, beautiful view, great porch (it was too cool for us to use) and plenty of room. Renting was very easy. Have rented from many owners, this was the best! Everything was exactly as described. Would recommend this place to anyone. Other high rises on each side. Some places we wanted to eat were closed for January, but we found others. Really enjoyed new Pier Park (lots of shopping, with fun eating places), it is located very close to condo (not close enough to walk). Can drive to Destin in about 35 minutes to shop at outlet mall. We really enjoyed out stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The description of the property is very accurate. The condo is well maintained. You can see the ocean right in front of you in the living room, the master bedroom and another bedroom. Seems to be in a very safe area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

If you are looking for a condo to rent in Panama City Beach, I highly recommend this place. The pictures online do not do it justice. The condo and surrounding area are gorgeous! We overheard another couple at the pool complaining that their condo was filthy when they checked in, but our was spotless. All appliances and everything in the condo were in working order and great condition. This is a well-maintained property, and it did not go unnoticed. Although we did not get to do as many of the activities we had planned on doing due to rain during our stay, we still had a great time. Our favorite restaurants and bars in the area were the following: Pineapple Willy's (within walking distance!), Spinnakers, Schooners, Miss Newbies (strongest drinks in town!), and Sharkeys. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and we intend to come back again!

The fully furnished condo with 4 bedrooms and baths provided us with plenty of room to enjoy our week long vacation. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. I loved sitting out on the huge balcony watching the surf roll in and the sun set. It was picture perfect. The condo and the beach was very quiet during the week and livened up on the weekend. We had plenty of sun and fun on the beach and by the pool. The condo was close to everything… grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment and tourist attractions. We loved staying at this condo! The location on the beach was perfect and the furnishings inside were beautiful. The balcony is huge and our family gathered there every evening to watch the gorgeous sunsets and the fireworks. We highly recommend staying here!
