It is fully equipped with front-load washer and dryer, linens and towels, hair blow dryers for all 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen(double set of pots and pans for large group). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This is a new condo complete with all amenities. There are 4 awesome decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV with DVD/VCR Built-in. Imagine that! If you feel like cooking, you can enjoy the new granite kitchen. There is also a sofa that becomes a queen-sized bed. This condo is like no other. You must see it to appreciate its custom decorated beauty .... All for your enjoyment! The rates are very comparable. This unit is perfect for a large family vacation, several couples vacationing together, baseball trips, cheerleader trips, corporate getaways, reunions, etc.

• The living area, the master bedroom and second guest bedroom with direct access to the oversized balcony overlooking the sugar white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, a perfect place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. You can leave the sliding doors open and listen the ocean wave while you sleep.

This condominium is locate at 10611 Front Beach Road and is central in the heart of Panama City Beach. You can walk to everything, yet, it is a quiet and low-density building. The building has a sauna, and steam room that you won't find in other complexes.

Please, No (fish or shrimp) fries or deep frying in the condo.

Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO House PARTY are allowed!

* We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone. If for any reason a guest and/or relations to that guest causes a disturbance in which we or law enforcement are contacted, the guest and the party will be evicted and both the deposit and the rent paid will be forfeited with no exceptions.

Must be 25, family or married couple to rent. Married couple under 25 is okay. Payment made via all major credit cards.

Refundable $350 Security Deposit is required to hold reservation. plus one-time cleaning fee $125 and lodging taxe of 10.65% are additional.

  • Jerry, I wanted to personally thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo at the Ocean Ritz in Panama City Beach, FL. The condo was awesome! The fully furnished condo with 4 bedrooms and baths provided us with plenty of room to enjoy our week long vacation. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. I loved sitting out on the huge balcony watching the surf roll in and the sun set. It was picture perfect. The condo and the beach was very quiet during the week and livened up on the weekend. We had plenty of sun and fun on the beach and by the pool. The condo was close to everything… grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment and tourist attractions. We really loved it and look forward to going back sometime soon. We recommend your condo to anyone looking for the ideal Panama City Beach getaway! Thanks again Jerry!!!

  • We loved staying at this condo! The location on the beach was perfect and the furnishings inside were beautiful. The balcony is huge and our family gathered there every evening to watch the gorgeous sunsets and the fireworks. We highly recommend staying here! The owners of the condo were easy to work with when making the reservations as well.

  • What a perfect place to stay! The decor, the number of rooms and bathrooms, the location, the view... I couldn't have asked for more. The king bed was awesome. Measured up the same as a 5 star hotel bed. I stayed with 8 other women and planning on returning next year for our yearly girls trip. The owners were awesome and very accommodating with all our needs. You can't go wrong staying here!!!

  • WE ALWAYS GIVE OUR 4 CHILDREN AND THEIR SPOUSES A WEEKEND TRIP FOR A XMAS GIFT. THIS YEAR WE PICKED PANANMA CITY FLA AT THIS CONDO! BOY AM I GLAD I DID- WE ALL HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND JERRY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, I EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF SOME OF THE PICTURES!! WE BUILT SAND CASTLES, GOT LOTS OF SHELLS, WENT DEEP SEA FISHING, GAINED WEIGHT FROM ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS! THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHECK ON IF STAYING AND U HAVE SEVERAL AND HAVE TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET, LIKE WE DID, THEY SAID THAT JERRY IS TO GIVE U SOME KIND OF A TICKET OR PAPER SHOWING THAT U R STAYING AT THAT TIME, BE SURE TO GET IT OR UR CAR WILL BE TOWED. WE DID NOT KNOW THAT. ALSO SOMETIMES THE CONDO OWNERS RENT THE LOUNGES ON THE BEACH U CAN CHECK AND SEE IF JERRY HAS RENTED FOR THE YEAR. WE STAY APRIL 2008 AND HE HAD NOT RENTED ONE, WHICH WAS FINE, WE WERE NOT EXPECTING ONE. BUT IT DOESNT HURT TO CHECK. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND AND ALL MY FAMILY WANTED TO GO BACK AND THEY EVEN WANT ME TO START GIVING THEM A FALL MINI VACATION. LOL. I DONT THINK SO.. HAVE A WONDERFUL VACATION AND THANK U AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR KINDNESS JERRY AND YOUR FAMILY FOR YOUR HELP AND SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH US.   • Our stay at ocean ritz for 5 month was great. I like Panama city because every thing is so conveient. grocery store; Wagreens; Wal Mart' all kinds of eating places. Now they have opened Pier Park and so far have 35 stores and eating places and theater. When it is vinished will have 152 STORES and eating places. This going to be sooo great. When vinished they will have a EAST AND WEST PEIR PARK. PLUS THE ENTERTAMENT. The condo is furnished with every thing. clock radio with cd and hair dryers in each bath room of four.kitchen is full of every thing you need.What more good you ask for. Clean and well decorated.
