  This is a wonderful home in a great location! It's just steps from the family pool and small playground. Everything is within walking distance or a short bike ride and very easy access to the beach. The house has a great kitchen with a large open dining area and family room. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and a great lookout room on the top floor where the kids could watch movies and play. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay there again next year!

  We had an absolutely fabulous time staying @ Coast is Clear over spring break! The house is truly amazing, and I think even better than pictured! Everthing was spotless and beautifully maintained. The owner was quick to respond concerning any questions we had before our stay, and was a huge help with any information we needed! We were all sad to say goodbye to Coast is Clear & can not wait to return again! Thank you again Henry for sharing your beautiful home! We are truly greatful and completely fell in love with Seaside!!

  It was our first time to Seaside and the home was charming and a perfect vacation home. I would give the home 5 stars. The tower room a hit, great kitchen, bathrooms and nicely laid out. We called Paradise Properties twice during our stay and they were very nice and responded quickly to our requests. I give the experience 2 stars instead of 5 because of the enormous amount of college spring breakers at Seaside. I thought this was a place where families could give there kids a little more freedom to explore and be kids. This was quite the opposite during our stay. Next door were college kids partying loudly until 5am. Searching for sand crabs at night was clouded by the thousands of kids at the beach. Our kids had a bike stolen and foul language was heard every time we walked anywhere. Seaside and Coast is Clear seems like a really cool place but we will probably choose a different location simply because the Panama City spring break crowd seems to have overflowed down to Seadide.

  Owner response: Stacy I am sorry the environment during Spring Break was such a problem. It is an issue that Seaside has to deal with for about 2 weeks during spring each year and one homeowners want to get managed as much as visitors. I am glad you found our home a nice place to stay and hope you try another time in summer, late spring or fall as it is usually a wonderful family experience.

  We enjoyed our stay in Coast Is Clear. Comfortable and clean. Could have used one more bathroom and a few more towels but over-all happy with our stay in this rental. We were awakened early two days to workers power washing the house next door. Men on ladders and loud noises. A little annoying.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

  My family recently stayed at "The Coast is Clear" for an extended weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We traditionally stay in Watercolor, but decided to try Seaside this year and now we are hooked. The home is a perfect location in that you can stroll to the local market in about 2 minutes to get some fresh coffee and pastries, but the street that the home is on is incredibly quiet. TV's in every bedroom was a huge plus! Our teenagers loved the top floor and used it to entertain their friends. Can not wait to go back.

  House and overall experience could not have been better!! Coast is Clear was exactly as advertised and owner was extremely responsive and accommodating for a great Seaside experience. Our children loved the bunk room and the tower room (nicknamed Jupiter for our stay). We will definitely be back to Seaside for another vacation and will look forward to a return visit to Coast is Clear!!

  What a wonderful home! Coast is Clear was perfect for our family. The description and pictures couldn't have been more accurate. Having never been to Seaside, we were unsure of the distance to the town center and especially the beach. The owners of Coast is Clear went out of their way to send us local maps, restaurants they enjoyed and basic information of the area. We rented bicylces while there and the ride to the beach as well as the town center couldn't have taken more than a couple of minutes. The amenities were fabulous...we had everything we needed while staying there. Our girls loved being upstairs in the lookout, especially when the storms rolled through. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our family! I would most definitely recommend Coast is Clear to anyone who is planning a trip to Seaside. We look forward to coming again!

  This was such a beautiful home and perfectly suitable for our family. The house is a short walk to the town center and the beach. The Seaside family pool is practically in the back yard - which is great if you have little kids. Lots of porch areas, which were just lovely. And everything is well-appointed. The home owner was also quite helpful and responsive to all our questions. Also, perhaps most people know this, but we didn't - Seaside is really great for people with kids (more so than other options in the area, we thought). Lots of activities and fun easy places to eat plus a great beach.

  Great House. Great layout and very functional. While a "back of the development" property we found it to be a very short walk (3 minutes) to the hustle and bustle of the front businesses, eateries and beaches. No mechanical issues. The only issue was the nearby basketball court (across side street) and given the spring break abundance of kids - someone was always playing late (2:00am) and as early as 7:00am - both interupting your sleep due to the noise of the bouncing basketball and basketball to backboard contact

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  Owner response: Marc I am glad you enjoyed your stay and we agree the location really works because of close access to the pools which is a great benefit just to relax or coming back from the beach to cool and rinse off. On a beautiful night it is a beautiful peaceful area removed from the action of town center. Sorry about the basketball court. I have never heard anyone playing at 2 am since there are no lights there, but during Spring Break peak there can be some odd behavior. Thanks for the feedback and hope to see you again soon!

  We loved this house. The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Seaside. The layout of the house was great for our family of 5 plus friends. Beautiful home and the owner is wonderful. We would definitely stay in this house again and I would recommend this home for your vacation.
