Coast is Clear, built in 2005, offers all the charm of a traditional Florida beach home, but with all of the modern luxury conveniences you would hope to see while on vacation. On the first floor you have a large modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, that is fully stocked for the person who wants to prepare home cooked meals. It opens onto a beautiful dining area and family room ideal for playing family games or watching your favorite movies. Or maybe at the end of a long day on the beach you want to nap on the sofa in the screen porch, but whenever you want to find some quiet space to enjoy your stay you will find it here. A half bath with enclosed outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach easy.
On the second floor there is the bunk room with two sets of custom built-in bunks and a queen guest room that share a large double bath in the cottage style. The master suite is decorated in island fabrics and cool tropical elegance. With its own porch, large bath, and walk-in closet it is the perfect beach retreat.
For those looking for some fun, go up the circular stairs to the tower room where built in sofas and flat screen TV make it a great place to get away and read or relax. The porch on this floor offers great views of the town.
Finally, whether for sunning during the day or stargazing at night, you can take the ladder up through the hatch and experience the top-deck. From here you can enjoy sunset cocktails, beautiful views of the town of Seaside and the Gulf, and even hear the ocean on breezy evenings.

We loved this house. The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Seaside. The layout of the house was great for our family of 5 plus friends. Beautiful home and the owner is wonderful. We would definitely stay in this house again and I would recommend this home for your vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property and quaint town. The home was more than spacious for our family of 6 - we even flew out a grandmother when we saw how accommodating the property would be for another. The decor was charming and it's location an easy walk or ride to the beach while the playground and pool across the street were well used by our group.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children.

I would highly recommend this house! We had three generations, 8 people total, staying at the house & it worked perfectly. Excellent proximity to beach and town center. I liked that it was located further away from main road and directly across from the park - this made for great access to the park for the kiddos, and allowed for great short walk or bike ride to beach or town center. Online description and photos accurately depicted the house and everything was clean and well-maintained. Owner was extrememly helpful in answering all questions and providing suggestions. I have no complaints or suggestions on how to make things better - it was excellent! I hope to stay in the house again in the future! One observation - the spiral staircase to the Tower Room is narrow and steep - accessability for young or old might be an issue - but our teenagers liked that no one bothered them up there!

Coast is Clear is truly a great house. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. This is the perfect house for a family with teenagers as it has a second living area on the third floor. (My only suggestion would be a bigger TV for this area.) The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you could possible need. We loved our stay at Coast is Clear and would definitely stay here again!

The Coast is Clear is a newer home at the back of the Seaside development, near the fitness center, family pool, adult pool, and playground. The house looks just like the pictures -- the decor is astonishingly tasteful for a beach house. The house is very comfortable to stay in: the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, there's wireless internet, and it's well laid out for a family. Our kids loved watching a DVD in the tower room when we were downstairs (and we loved it, too).

Coast is Clear is a wonderful Seaside retreat. The house is amazing! It was large, very clean, new and included many wonderful amenities. Also, it’s the perfect house for children! Of all the Seaside homes, this house is the closest to the children’s pool and park (directly across the street). The house is maybe one or two houses away from the fitness center (all included with the house). It was about a minute or two walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. We rented bikes, so it was a super quick ride to any destination and lots of fun. The local grocery store (Publix) was about a 5 minute drive, so no need to pack your cars with groceries. Lastly, the owner was a dream to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, as well as full of wonderful ideas of things to do while in Seaside. When we return to Seaside, we will definitely stay at the Coast is Clear again!
