This historic Estate aptly named “House of Dreams” welcomes guests into a gated, private and luxurious retreat, ideal for entertaining or pure relaxation. Located on ¾ acre, this lush landscape has statuesque Canary palms, mature orange, lemon, grapefruit and olive trees. Lucille Ball and Lawrence Welk were once neighbors and this affluent neighborhood is steeped in Hollywood history.

This spacious Villa of close to 4,000 square feet has a U shaped configuration with 2 wings that allow for maximum serenity. The main house has 3 large bedrooms, each with a private, en-suite bath and patio. The intimate 1 bedroom Casita (guesthouse) has a living room and full kitchen. Open beam ceilings, 2 fireplaces, 3 fountains and a charming front courtyard welcome you. Enjoy the formal dining room that seats 10, or dine poolside on the Italian stone table, perfect for dining ‘al fresca’ under the stars.

This pristine 1937 estate was completely upgraded in 2001 and has the character of Old Hollywood while offering modern amenities: state of the art gourmet kitchen, Satillo tile floors throughout, surround sound stereo system, a wood-fire pizza oven, wine cooler, butler’s pantry, Spa for 8, 3 zone A/C-heating controls and a sophisticated security system.

Sleep on fine Italian linens, enjoy the supreme comfort of this luxurious home, surrounded by flowering bougainvillea, beautiful antiques and French doors that open to mountain views and the majestic 3-tier pool.   • This is a wonderful and memorable home. Our group consisted of three families with a total of 4 kids. We had a great time and look forward to going back. The house felt spacious and convivial, while offering just the right amount of privacy and coziness. The pool is perfect for kids, with enough of a shallow area and a sitting step that goes around the entire pool. The Spa, which sits a little higher than the pool, with a very cool view on the entire backyard, is a great place to hang out. There are three large fountains which, when they run, add a very nice, zen-like quality to the back garden. The outdoor lighting is wonderful. Lynda, the hostess, was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. Ric, the concierge was very helpful, yet non-intrusive. We couldn't have picked a better place for our annual four day weekend getaway to Palm Springs, and we highly recommend this home.

  • What a fantastic experience! Making arrangements to rent were fairly straightforward. The grounds and house were well maintained and clean. Everything we needed for an adult getaway with a bunch of friends, privacy and luxury but in an old school sort of way. The antiques were nice enough to where we felt bad because we couldn't find any coasters for our drinks. We can't wait to come back. The pictures do not do it justice. And yes, the pol is salt water. If you have never been in a salt pool before, you don't know what you're missing. No chemical burns, no red eyes. We had one of the best vacations ever staying here. I'd worry about bringing kids here, they might tear up the furniture.

  • Casa Los Suenos is magical. My husband and I along with 3 other couples spent a relaxing weekend in this beautiful retreat. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated with gorgeous antiques and is furnished with every amenity one might need. We did not leave the property! We all decided there is no reason to stay at a hotel when there is this beautiful home sitting in the heart of Palm Springs. The homeowners are lovely and we look forward to staying at Casa Los Suenos again, and again. Lovely home lovely owners.

  • This was our first visit to Palm Springs. Our style of travel is to do a walkabout exploring the local haunts as well as the typical tourist locales to get a complete sense of where we are visiting. We spend little time staying in our room or lounging. This trip turned out to be just the opposite as this house was just too wonderful to leave! For entertainment there was the heated swimming pool facing snow-capped mountains, ample shared spaces to play games/talk/sip cocktails, a great music system throughout the house and so much more. For relaxation there was the spacious hot tub, luxurious bedrooms, an expansive lanai with lounge chairs, an upstairs sundeck and again, so much more. For dining there was a fully equipped kitchen with gourmet appliances, a large indoor dining room table, an outside grill and a large outdoor dining patio table…and so much more (take-out anyone?). From the moment we arrived we wanted little else but to kick our shoes off and call this place home. While it was hard to leave, it is great to know we can return…and will do so!

The house is wonderfully set up for entertaining, while allowing for private, personal space. The pool is gorgeous, great for small children, and the hot tub is great for adults. We had a fabulous time and are likely to return again!

  • A wonderful family retreat -- 12 people , counting the little ones. Relaxed by the pool, wonderful meals around the large table, and lots of time in the terrific kitchen stocked with useful items. Togetherness or alone time both are possible in this spacious well laid out home. Consumed lots of fresh fruit from the heavily laden grapefruit, orange and lemon trees. Even treated ourselves to a night sleeping under the stars on the secluded rooftop patio. Within walking distance to the park, tennis courts and downtown. A mini paradise. Our family LOVED our time here.

  • What a beautiful and serene home! Close to all the Palm Spring's hot spots yet with a very secluded feeling. We loved the decore and the 3 tiered pool, not to mention sleeping on fine Italian linens!!! We had a very enjoyable vacation at Casa Los Suenos.

  • An absolutely amazing home! The beauty of this home, both inside & out are undeniable. This home is warm and inviting, and completely kid friendly. We are not sure which was better, the ambiance or the sheer comfort of it? We will only vacation here when visting the Palm Springs area!!!
