Great location!

My son and I came for a spring break trip for him. We were very pleased with our stay! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room wasn’t as small as I expected. The location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Steps away from Time Square

Nice location. Bathroom should be remodeled. The shower tiles could have used a good scrubbing. Over all it was fine. Staff was super nice, helpful!

Great location and easy stay!

The hotel was as expected and the thing that didn’t match up was that it said it had a city view which it did not, however that is a minor complaint. It would’ve also been nice to have a fridge/microwave in the room but otherwise perfect for my friend and I. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was nicely set up and the front desk even offers to store your luggage for you if you want to walk around.

Great location!

The location was amazing! Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Asked for extra blanket & towel---there at my door in no time. Also, I really appreciated that they hold (tag, lock) your luggage before/after your stay. No need to lug stuff around. Your items are tagged & you're set to go. Awesome!

Convenient

If you are taking in Broadway or other tourist sites, the location is excellent. The rooms are small without a lot of extras, but it's just fine if you're not planning to hang out in the room a lot. I would stay here again.

OYO HELL NO!!!!

This hotel was terrible! The rooms do not feel clean, half the outlets didn’t work, we went a whole day without water and spent the last two days/nights without A/C. The hotel takes no responsibility and has only offered waiving the resort fees. Because I booked through VRBO they claim the hotel has to offer compensation and the hotel claims the third party has to compensate. Other than location this place has NOTHING to offer, but bad service and a run around!

1) it was incredibly noisy. 2) general disrepair- the shade was broken, there was no hot water when we arrived, pillows felt like rocks3) we were charged an extra 49/night on top of what we paid VRBO

Don’t stay here

Charged me a smoking fee of 400.00, we don’t smoke. They said they have a device that alerts smoke, WE DON’T smoke. They also charged me twice for “service fee” which is not “refundable”. The room smelled, its loud when the heater turns on. The elevators are small. It’s terrible. That’s because we weren’t really in the room, literally just to get dressed and sleep. They also say they’re taking a 100. Deposit fee, daily. 3-300.00.. be safe out there. People suck.

Lots of Hidden Fees

Overall, the location was perfect for what we wanted. However, the room was small with a somewhat functional bathroom. Do not book this room for an extended stay in which you have more than one piece of luggage. One person working the hotel check-in which took over an hour. Also, daily resort fees (for use of a microwave which the unit did not have) and security deposit were not discussed/disclosed as a part of the reservation process. Rental was paid in full upfront and hit with the extra fees/deposit upon arrival. I departed on 11/27 and still waiting on my security deposit to be refunded. The location and proximity to Rockefeller Center/ St. Patrick's/Theater District was amazing. I would recommend you book another place in this area.

Great Location but needs ice machine

The location is wonderful but my major complaint would be no ice machine in the building or coffee or anything in the room. It would be nice to at least be able to get ice for water. Staff and room were nice.
