The "Frances Lee", named in honor of our eldest daughter, is a warm and welcoming place. Sitting amidst a private tranquil wooded acre with a picture book view of Sky Lake. The surroundings are quite and peaceful with deer gracefully roaming the property.
Both the upstairs and downstairs porches offer plenty of room for relaxation, reading, grilling, or swinging. There are card and board games for all ages to enjoy or just sit back, watch TV, a movie or listen to music. The wood burning fireplace tempts even the most energetic to a warm cozy nap.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing scrumptious meals. Upstairs offers a stylish private bedroom and full bath. The living room is large and comfortable with extra bedding. Downstairs is charming and cozy with another bedroom, sitting area with futon, breakfast nook, and full bathroom. Also downstairs, is a private Jacuzzi room perfectly accommodated for your enjoyable hot soak.

The cabin is located less than 2 hours north of Atlanta. It is a convenient drive from any direction. There are many nearby attractions to enjoy and Unicoi State Park is only minutes away.

Whether you are sitting on the downstairs or upstairs deck, you can enjoy a scenic view of the lake and mountains. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Deer roam the property at will. You can sit on the outside swing and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Couples and families alike can enjoy a camp fire by the outside swing while roasting marshmallows and hot dogs!!

My husband and I always loved the beauty and charm of this area and vacationed here every chance we got. When we saw the cabin we knew it was the place we could claim as our little bit of heaven in the mountains. We love the setting, the view and the location...so many wonderfully scenic places to visit and enjoy in every direction with only a short drive back to the cabin. And the cabin is located only minutes from the historic Alpine village of Helen! We invite you to stay at our cabin and enjoy the beauty as we do.
