This beautiful condominium is located in the heart of Osage Beach at Harbor Point. It's the perfect location because it’s so close to everything by land and water. Why drive? Walk right over to Dorsey’s Pit Stop restaurant and bar or rent a waverunner. It is located at the 20.5 MM on the main channel. By land it is just three minutes away from Highway 54 (the main road through the Lake of the Ozarks).
The condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need to make your vacation a great one. This condo features one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in the other bedroom, and a full-size sofa/sleeper. There are two full bathrooms and both bedrooms have closets and dressers.
All you have to do is bring some summer wear and food/beverages and you are all set! There is a 31 inch TV with cable, a VCR, CD player, DVD player, and full stereo in the living room. There is also a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new microwave, brand new range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the other kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils you will need.
The condo features a large (7 foot X 24 foot) deck and is on the top (third) level. There is a nice view from the deck of the no wake cove. The master bedroom also has a nice lake view.
All the deck furniture is there. The really nice part about this unit is even though it is on the top level there are NO STEPS from the parking lot to the condo. The Sycamore Creek golf course is right down the street.
Harbor Point has tennis courts, boat trailer, and jet ski parking, and a nice swimming pool with a beautiful main channel view. There are also many places to fish along the shore and docks. A boat slip is available for $20/night.
There's nothing better than relaxing on the balcony with a drink and listening to live music from Dorseys while watching the boats come and go. Our family loves to come here why don't you come down and enjoy yourself at the Lake of the Ozarks!
