Beautiful log cabin with two master suites that is superb in it's quality and 'warm and homey' feeling. Our cabin situated on 4.5 wooded acres is in a mountain setting with a natural spring and an abundance of native plants and wildflowers.
It is just 10 minutes from Waynesville and Maggie Valley with restaurants and grocery stores. Only 30 minutes from Asheville. Conveniently close to The Biltmore House, Cattaloochee Ski Resort, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, the Smokey Mountain National Forest and much more.
The cabin is located in Apple Creek Acres with very well maintained paved road access all the way to the driveway. The driveway has plenty of room to accommodate three (3) vehicles.
This beautiful log cabin comes equipped with all you'll need for a great mountain getaway. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen to meet all your cooking needs and a full size washer and dryer.
It has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms, including two (2) Master Suites. It can sleep up to eight (8) (up to 6 adults plus 2 kids) comfortably. An open floor plan offers ample room for large families. The family room offers a gas fireplace, large TV and DVD player and opens up to the large private rocking chair back porch where you can sit and relax all day enjoying the view. The two (2) Master Suites, one (1) upstairs and one (1) on the main floor, include king size beds, TV, private bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The main floor master has private porch access. The third bedroom (main floor) features a queen bed. The third bathroom is also located on the main floor and features a tub with shower. Wifi and cable is available throughout the cabin.
Outdoor space includes a rap around porch with rocking chairs, swing and bench for morning coffee. There is an outdoor stone patio located behind the garage with views of the wooded lot and sounds of the natural spring for enjoying the afternoon and evening. The woods include trails for exploring. You may see some wildlife from song birds, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, turkey and we even heard of a bear sighting.

Local activities and places to see:
Less than 10 minutes from Downtown Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
A favorite trip is to the Cattaloochee Valley to view the elk and other wildlife.
Lake Junaluska offers an outdoor swimming pool, golf, tennis, walking trails, kayak/canoe rentals, and much more.
Cataloochee Ranch offers horseback riding, mountain hiking and Elk Viewing.
