"Coast is Clear" is a West Indies style home, with tantalizing views of the Gulf from all decks. The neighborhood beach access is less than 60 steps from the front door, and the community pool is just a few steps further. Located less than 5 miles from the town of Seaside, outlets at Sandestin, Bay Towne Wharf, and the new hospital, Sacred Heart. Whether you are sitting on the beach; spending time with family or friends in the community pool; whipping up tasty treats in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen; or having cocktails from one of the decks you will be planning your next visit soon. This 3 level home is the perfect place to set the scene for gatherings with family and friends. The fresh air and sunshine will help you tap into the things that bring true happiness!
The main living area is on the second level and offers expansive views and wonderful sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love the views from the kitchen, which is separated from the elegant dining room by a long bar/counter with stools. On this level, just completed a new children's suite, with tile and stone in full bath (has pedestal sink, toilet, 2 shower heads, and a hand-held shower wand). Bunks contain storage drawers for clothes, and we've added a closet and separate chest-of-drawers to the bunk room.
Three expansive decks are located outside the sunken living room (second floor), first floor bedrooms, the third floor (master suite located there).
Step down into the wet bar area leading to the main living area. Whether sitting inside or outside on one of the decks, the gulf views are truly beautiful.
The entire third level is the master suite. Enjoy the spectacular view from inside the chaise lounge...or experience the view while sitting outside on the deck. The master bath is elegantly furnished with dual pedestal sinks, separate shower, and a Jacuzzi tub.
The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor main entrance and includes a huge full bath; the shower has 2 shower heads and can accommodate two people. From the bedrooms, walk through the French doors to access the porch, rocking chairs, and outdoor enclosed shower.
In the unfortunate event of violent weather conditions prior to arrival, you may rest assured that your reservation deposit will be FULLY refunded. If the weather encroaches while on your vacation after your arrival, we will gladly refund your prorated rental fee.

We rented this house with another family and it was perfect for our four kids (8,8,10,10) who shared the bunk room. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location of the house is perfect for getting to the beach and the pool. The central location allowed us to enjoy activities in Destin and Seaside easily. The beach was perfect for hanging out, playing soccer, flying a kite or boogie boarding. Wish we were still there!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a great vacation! We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at this home. There is not a thing we would change about the home; furnishings, bedding, room arrangements were all perfect for our family! The views were fabulous and the neighborhood is wonderful! We will definitely be back.
