The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sea view from every room! In the dining area and living room there is a modern table with 8 chairs, cupboards and two sofa seats. The open kitchen is practically furnished with kitchen utensils, a large fridge with a large freezer compartment. In the master bedroom with mountain view there is a double bed of 160 cm and a large built-in wardrobe. This room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle and single on top. The apartment is air-conditioned. There are two large terraces. The front terrace has a sea view. The terrace at the back has sea and mountain views. Within the private domain there is a very spacious free parking. Bed and linen are included in the price. There is a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool, jacuzzi and free sun beds in a beautiful park garden with palm trees, olive trees, citrus trees and banana trees.
The nearest airport is LAMEZIA TERME, 51 km from Tropea.

Great stay, nice pool and view

Booking was easy and hassle free. Email exhanges with Paul were prompt and helpful. The agent in Pizzo provided complete tips and directions and was pleasant and available. The appartment was as described, well equipped however a toaster and a microwave would be usefull. The property was clean, the beds comfortable. Beach umbrellas were available and we were glad to have them. The patio area was a pleasant place to have breakfast or enjoy the sunset over Stromboli. The resort was well maintained, the pool was amazing and everybody loved it. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table. The American Bar down a very short way in Parghelia had affordable gelato, very good coffee and free wi-fi (none available at the appartment). Nearby you can also find roast chicken and delicious pizza. Tropea is a 10-15 minute ride away and is worth a visit to the Centro Storico or on market days. We couldn't get the TV to work, but we didn't spend much time on it because the pool and view are much more interesting! The grocery stores are a bit further down the road (e.g. The well-stocked Conad in Santa Domenica). Be aware of opening hours, stores are often closed the afternoon. Overall, a good quality/price value, well-maintained grounds and appartment, comfortable, enough room for 5. We recommend it.

es startete alles mit einem tollen Vermieter Paul Welcher super flexibel war, da wir mit Baby gereist sind. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr familiär empfangen und konnten sehr schnell im Urlaubsfeeling ankommen. Das Appartment hat alles was man sich wünscht Die Lage ist genial und die Anlage traumhaft Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und das sieht man auch. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würden sofort wieder buchen

Prachtig uitzicht maar gedateerd en niet goed schoon

Inchecken bij lokale agent betekende alleen sleuteloverdracht, geen info mbt appartement. Eigenaar Paul erg vriendelijk en heeft veel informatie mbt wat te doen in omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht! Dat verveelde nooit. Kortom, heerlijk verblijf.
