It is on the end of the building toward the slopes JUST STEPS FROM the lifts, hot tubs & pool, restaurants, shops, galleries, spas, the free city shuttle bus and ALL THE SUMMER RESORT ACTIVITIES. Just across the way from the GOLF COURSE and an easy walk or bus to HISTORIC MAIN STREET.
This condo is often described as one of the most luxurious in the building with GRANITE counter tops, beautiful SLATE flooring and TRAVERTINE baths, plush LEATHER furniture, VAULTED ceilings, and a wonderful VIEW that invites you out.
Our versatile unit can accommodate up to seven guests (or 8 with air mattress). A STRIKING SLATE ENTRY opens through BEAUTIFUL WOOD DOORS into two areas - a living area with sleeping loft, and a separate master bedroom. (See floor plan at end of pictures.) The MASTER BEDROOM has a LUXURIOUS KING BED, private bath, and direct access to the BALCONY. The LOFT has a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED. And the open living area has a leather QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. The master suite can be rented separately, as can the living area with loft, or you can enjoy the whole condo.
After an invigorating day on the mountain, relax in front of the comforting GAS FIREPLACE, or enjoy a movie on the FLAT SCREEN HD-TV with DVD. Step out on the BALCONY with a VIEW of the MOUNTAIN SLOPES as well as the shopping and dining plaza.
The WELL EQUIPPED granite and slate KITCHEN is ready for the chef in your group.
Afterwards, slip 2 doors down the hall to soak in the HOT TUB with a WONDERFUL panoramic VIEW of the mountain. Or enjoy the heated INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL and HOT TUBS with MOUNTAIN VIEWS, FITNESS CENTER, and SAUNA.
The FREE CITY SHUTTLE BUS will take you to Park City’s historical Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Outlet Mall or wherever you want to explore. This bus stop is a HUB for all routes so you can take a BUS IN ANY DIRECTION.
Other conveniences are high-speed WIRELESS INTERNET, LAUNDRY just down the hall, free UNDERGROUND PARKING, and ELEVATOR access. This is a NO SMOKING condo.
