Town Lift Condominiums are also located along the free Park City bus line, providing easy access to neighboring resorts, events, and activities without the need for a car or taxi. Park City Mountain's Town Lift is so close that it is almost ski-in/ski-out.

When you finish the day's adventures, take advantage of this amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium that sleeps up to 8 people. This is the perfect home-away-from-home, complete with a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Outside, a private hot tub sits on the balcony, which overlooks Park City from directly above the Main Street sidewalk.

Master Bedroom

Relax in the oversized king bed while watching the 37" flat screen TV. The master suite provides a tranquil space to unwind after a fun-filled day on the slopes and provides access to the private balcony and hot tub overlooking Main.

Guest Bedroom

Great Location....

The location is clearly what you pay for with this condo.

Be careful what you wish for with a directly on Main Street location. Main Street is hopping until after midnight so the revelers could be heard from this second story condo. And then the snow plows, restaurant food deliveries and trash collectors start their day at 6am. So it was not the quietest place.

The property management company was excellent. Jodi Overson at All Seasons Resorts was super responsive.

The condo itself was two bedrooms: the master bedroom on one side, the living quarters in the middle, and a second bedroom on the other side with 2 queens. Little kids can sleep 2 to the bed, but teenagers and above are tight. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms did not have a door separating the sink area from the toilet and shower, so either check or your modesty or plan accordingly if you have multiple genders.

There was a pullout couch in the living area. Covered parking in the basement was great for those with a rental car. Easy in and out. However you can literally walk to everything from here so a rental car isn't really necessary if you don't want one. We have found the cost of transporting five people to and from the SLC airport to Park City equals the cost of a rental car, so we always get one anyway. It makes grocery runs easier and affords us the chance to ski at Alta or Snowbird.

The kitchen is very small. The kitchen items were dated and in need of a refreshing: utensils, bowls, plates, coffee mugs were all kind of thrown in there. The coffee maker worked but you had to put something heavy on the cap to keep the lid on and allow the water to drip. We also left our boots and skis out in the hallway to dry as there was no storage or bench space in the condo. The hot tub had problems (there were no directions and we couldn't figure out how to add water to the hot tub - because it was so cold we were afraid to touch anything on the hot tub for fear of turning the heater off, in which case the water would have frozen overnight). The problems were addressed quickly by the staff but the condo needs directions for the users.

Overall this was a very expensive proposition but in terms of location, we could put our name in at High West and come back to the condo and wait. We could also ski to the corner of Park and 7th and be in the condo in 90 seconds. You are definitely paying for the location, not the luxury.
