"Summer House" is located on a large lot in a natural setting with unobstucted panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the perfect place to come unwind and get away from the hustle. Spend the day on the beach playing in the Gulf or take a break at the pool, whichever suits your fancy. Have allergies? This home is an allergy free zone. One of the few homes in the area that doesn't allow pets and was even painted with allergy free paints. Some of the other wonderful house features include: "Restoration Hardware" fixtures and furniture, Teak hardwood floors, Mosaic and subway-style tile in baths and laundry; claw foot slipper soaking tub in master bath; stainless-steel appliances with double-oven range, counter-height granite island with bar stools; either teak or wicker outdoor furniture or swing on each of the two 12’ X 28’ decks and two 8’ X 14’ decks; outdoor speakers on upper deck; phone with unlimited long distance, propane infra-red grill; and an outdoor covered shower with hot and cold water.

This home was so comfortable and well equipped that we found ourselves not wanting to go out and explore when we could sleep in and relax the day away under the double ceiling fans or on one of the many balcony porches. Lots of room for multiple families and a state of the art kitchen made this the ideal vacation spot for spring break. Even during spring break we had just the right amount of privacy on the beach. If you take the nets with you in the afternoon you're sure to find sand crabs hiding in their holes on the beach. So many extras not mentioned in the property description, such as the golf cart, bike, boogie boards, beach toys and jacuzzi tub - something for everyone. If you find your kids getting antsy on a rainy day I recommend the roller skating rink only 15 minutes away. We will remember this vacation for years to come.

The view was awesome and we had really easy beach access. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out even on a bad weather day. We didn't think about taking extra toilet paper and trashbags so we'll know better next time. Zach was really helpful with information and answering questions. I received my refund in the mail really quickly once returning home. Thanks again, would love to rent this house again.

What can we say. We did not want to leave after a week here. This gorgeous house definitely fits the description of "executive", yet it was so comfortable and relaxing. All the amenities exceeded our expectations. Saw some gorgeous sunsets over the gulf from the deck! Beach access was easy, found interesting items in the shops of Mexico Beach and enjoyed great fishing at Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Thank you, Zach, for the recommendation for the Sunset Coastal Grill in Port St. Joe. Great food and atmosphere! Can't wait to return to Nautical next year!!

This house was amazing. The floorplan is very family friendly, it is close to the beach, and it was sparkling clean. The owner is fabulous to work with and was available for any need we had. The beach was quiet and a great place to gt away from it all. We will definately try to come back again.

Staying here was the perfect way to spend spring break with our family. The house had the perfect layout for our family, very well maintained and the beach was perfect. Not your typical spring break rental, great for families or people who just want to get away from it all. The owner was fantastic to work with and always available. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!
