Features of the home include: 3,000 sq. ft. enclosed, 5 person / 3 stop hydraulic elevator, 2 car garage, 4 large decks (2 tiled), rinnai water heating system, full house water softener/filtration system, & key code entry.

The entire 3rd floor is designed as an open kitchen/living area that is perfect for entertaining guests and utilizing the most of the panoramic gulf views from inside and both decks. The dark hand scraped bamboo floors, gourmet kitchen w/stainless appliances, large sub-zero style refrigerator and freezer, granite counter tops, full wet bar w/kegerator, dual temp wine chiller & ice maker create a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere. Not to mention the 60 inch flat screen as well.

Other attributes of the home include: Jacuzzi tub, rainforest shower, built in 7.1 surround sound system, Wifi, travertine tile, front load W/D.

Crib and High Chair are also there for our little beach buddies.

  • Staying here was the perfect way to spend spring break with our family. The house had the perfect layout for our family, very well maintained and the beach was perfect. Not your typical spring break rental, great for families or people who just want to get away from it all. The owner was fantastic to work with and always available. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!
