The second story consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and one of the other bedrooms connects to a small deck. The fourth bedroom and third bath are downstairs on the first floor. Three of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the fourth has 2 twin size bunk beds.
All common areas, the kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area and living room, are downstairs on the first floor. The front yard is enclosed by a fence.
There is one full parking space in the rear. There is also a very small parking space on the side, compact car, very tight.
Boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, picnic coolers and a gas barbecue are available. Laundry facilities are in the house. Cable TV and internet access is provided.
