This new condo has been outfitted with upscale furnishings which is only fitting for such a luxury resort as the Shores of Panama. Its location on the 19th floor allows for full view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches as well as the exotic tropical pool area with its tiki bars, bridges, fountains, hot tubs and zero entry pool. Without leaving the resort you can enjoy the fitness center, steam room, sauna and other spa services as well as the large heated indoor pool. Your rental also comes with a reserved covered parking space. Everything you will need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, a Waffle House and major top-rated restaurants. Also within walking distance is a couple of Red Box rental locations, Ripley's Museum, go-carts and other family activities. Pier Park, a short drive away offers great shopping, dining and night life!
The main living area with its custom furniture has a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat for a truly laid back experience. You will find you can relax in comfort as you view the 50" plasma HDTV & DVD or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the coastal breezes. If you are needing to do business or just surf the net we have up graded our wireless to a cable high speed modemn.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and bar area allows one to dine in if they choose. We even have installed a top of the line water filtration system. The pub style table allows additional seating for 2-4 people for dining or playing games together.
In the master bedroom you will find a king bed with an upgraded deluxe $3000.00 comfort mattress and Barbados designer bed linens that speaks luxury--inviting you to settle in for the evening to view the 26" plasma TV or prepare to get a restful nights sleep.
The bunk room also has upgraded mattresses and a full closet so it is very fitting for utilization by adults. An extra privacy door has been added to this room as well. Both bathrooms are very roomy with the bathroom attached to the bunk room housing the Full Standard washer and dryer ( not the normal Baby condo style) to do those quick loads of beach towels, etc.
Should you need a photographer to capture some great memories we also have a recommendation of a gentleman who has taken some great family photos for us.

Why the Owner Chose Shores of Panama
We chose this location as a good location for year round use. Panama City has everything a bigger city has to offer without being so big you cannot get from one place to another. It has the best sand beaches we have found anywhere. After staying at the Shores of Panama we found we did not want to stay anywhere else.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You will love the 'resort' pool! It does not have the feel or look of a standard condo pool. It does have the look and feel of a great resort. We have stayed in several condo's over the years and nothing has compared to what we have at the Shores of Panama. Our condo is done so that you will not want to leave when the time comes and we have had several people who have extended their stay when we did not have someone coming right in behind them. So ENJOY! :)
A great place to have lunch or dinner. It is a great place to take the family for dinner.

We are Dave & Marge Lewis from Big Rapids Michigan. We love being right on the beach with the view of the blue waters and white sand from our condo. The condo was not decorated for renting, it was done the same way we have done our home in Michigan. You will not find another condo at Shores of Panama any nicer than our's. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and a place you will hate to leave, then our condo is for you. We loved everything, the view, the pool, the decor & best of all having 2 bathrooms! Mid August is a great time to go since most schools are back in session. The weather was very good no seaweed like in July! We will definately recommend to others!

My granddaughter and I were fortunate enough to get this condo at the very last minute when someone had to cancel. Mr. Lewis kindly returned my call when I sent him a message on VRBO. It was around 11:00 p.m., and we pulled out for Panama City Beach the next morning. The description of the condo was very accurate as well as the photos of the condo. We have stayed in many condos along the coast, and this condo was by far one of the cleanest. Mr. Lewis called to check on us to see if we made it o.k. and if everything was fine with the condo. I told him there was a top sheet missing from one of the bunks. Within a couple of hours, we had brand new sheets for the bunk bed hanging on our door. We hope to return to this condo. The pool is spectacular!

This is a beautiful and very well furnished condo.The furnishings and even the linens look new. I have been in two other condos in this complex and this condo is the the best hands down.It has a beautiful view of the Gulf. I will never stay in another condo in Panama City Beach. The Shores of Panama is a beautiful resort in itself. It has an outstanding pool and kids program,not to mention a good pool side grill and bar. David, the owner, was great to work with. He is very nice and professional, which made the rental process very easy.

The Shores of Panama is am amazing place to stay. Dave and Marge have a beautiful place. By far the best place I have ever stayed at in my 3 years of spring break in Panama City. Plenty of room and a great view from the balcony.

The Shores of Panama was a fantastic resort to stay at over spring break. It was very convenient to the beach/pool and to surrounding restaurants/entertainment. Unit 1911 was a wonderful condo to stay in for the week. The view of the ocean was amazing and the room was beautiful. Renting this condo was much better than any hotel we've stayed in and cheaper as well. David was great to work with. Great vacation!

I was basically new to this experience, but David made this whole experience easy and enjoyable. I didn't have any problems with payments or returning our security deposit. The room itself was immaculate. It was clean and well furnished. We had a few troubles with the TV/cable, but David worked hard to get it up and running within the day we called him. The view is gorgeous. The resort itself is well taken care of, and there are a ton of workers, including friendly security. This is an awesome condo! I highly recommend working with David and renting this condo.

The Shores of Panama is an amazing resort to stay at. I have stayed at many five star resorts and this property rates with the very best. Shores of Panama has a beautiful pool with music playing for your relaxation and a tiki hut that serves drinks and food. My family and I would go for a walk on the beach in the morning and then in the late morning through afternoon stayed at the pool where my six year old son absolutely had the time of his life playing with the other kids. At night we would watch the sunset which was breathtaking. We ate most dinners on the condo patio because the view was as good as any other restaurant view would have been. The condo definitely met my family of four needs and the unit actually sleeps 6 with a pull out sofa. The beds were very comfortable and the decorating was very classy. I would highly recommend staying in this condo to anyone. Also if you have kids, the pirate cruise was well worth the money. We will be back soon. Thank you.
