マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッドとそれ専用のフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 ガラスシャワードアと大きな虚栄心を完備した専用バスルームもあります！ 二段ベッドにはツインベッド2台があり、プライバシー���ための扉があります。 近くにもう1つのFULLバスルーム、およびシャワー付き浴槽があります。

Could of been great!

Check in was a little difficult due to a small mistake in our emails we received but was really not a big problem. The condo was nice and very clean and comfortable. However we were called away back home for an emergency and only got to stay one night maybe it will be better the next time but we will be staying there the next time.

This was a great property to rent. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had a problem with lock when we got there and the management company helped us quickly to get in even though it was a late Sunday evening. It has a great view of the pool and ocean and is close to shopping, food and entertainment. We will definitely stay there again

One week stay.

Well kept property in a great area. Loved the amenities at the resort. Only two complaints…the mattress was pretty uncomfortable and the dryer was not working correctly (I left a message with the property manager to address that issue). But I would absolutely come back to this property!

Extremely crowded and old condominium. Our room was old with a lot of worn out furniture and old mattress. Pools and beach are so crowded even when we got up early and went down by 9am. Tents block beach view and beach chairs. Don’t recommend!!

I will continue to let the resort management know about the impact and inconvenience to our guests. I am so sorry for the delay for your linens. I'm not sure where lines got crossed, but we have ensured that the building now has plenty of extra linens in storage from our laundry facility so that doesn't happen again. pretty good room. good view of pool, beach, and parties teens throw so u can get the full view of everybody running from the cops . also clean and right next to the elevator. would give a solid 4.5 stars just bc beds were a lil uncomfy ( straight up a mattress topper with a sheet on top- and not a fitted sheet like deadass the top sheet) but other than that it's straight 👍

Very nice stay

The condo was very nice, great view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Our balcony could use new furniture. We had 4 plastic chairs and no table. The pool was huge, the hot tub was not warm at all. The elevators are the only problem with the Shores of Panama. At certain times, people were waiting 30-40 minutes. We were on the 11th floor and took the steps ALOT! There are several very good restaurants close to the complex.

The bunks and pull out beds were not very comfortable. The rug in the living room was cheap and very easy to trip over/fall. The patio furniture was cheap and broken. Overall, it was a great view and the kitchen appliances were nice. King bed was decent. Dryer took several times to restart to dry a load.

Great condo!

This condo was wonderful! Very clean with lovely views! However, the check in process was a bit of a hassle and the complex is located in a busy part of PCB and some of the surroundings and neighboring people were not so pleasant to have to deal with. The only reason I included this in the review was because it asked for a rating on surroundings. But, the condo and owner were great! Spring break can be kind of challenging if you have a family with small kids. Overall, the condo was great and the complex is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. The unit itself I give a 5/5.

Beautiful Condo with excellent parking

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The Shores of Panama is gorgeous & our condo was very clean. The only downfall was the elevators. The entire time we were there 2-3 elevators were not working. This place was packed and they weren’t quickly fixed. One of the elevators closest to our room was still down when we left and never fixed. In a resort this big, 6 elevators is not really enough so with only 4-5 working it made it pretty miserable! We took the stairs as much as we could but I blame this on the resort for not promptly fixing them!

The condo was good all except not having a tv in the front room for my entire stay. I wasn’t contacted the first time I said something but the second time I was. Tried to come and get it working and couldn’t. Was going to call maintenance to come look, never did. So my relaxing few days away with my granddaughter was not as relaxing as I was expecting.

Not worth it..

Elevators out all week.. we were on 11th floor and I’m pregnant. NO KNE CARED. I had to track my 8,11, my pregnant self and my husband had all beach stuff UP & DOWN 11 flights of stairs!!!! The condo itself was nasty stuff broken and trash can smelt horrible. No broom or any cleaning tools given for us to clean up after ourselves. I was just so disappointed... I will not be staying at the Shores of Panama again... and definitely not this condo..

Hope your ready to take the stairs

I’ll start from arrival… Property manager emails all give parking garage size limits, and also state limited oversized vehicle parking available. There is no such parking available. We managed since it was a roof top cargo carrier that caused us to be oversized, it’s easily removed. Emails stated that our designated parking spot is on the 3rd floor of garage. After we could not find our spot we went back down to talk to security. They checked the parking map to give Us its location, but instead told us we couldn’t find it because there isn’t a spot for this unit, the owner never paid for one. The elevators are a nightmare no where near enough elevators for the number of units. It was typical to spend 20+ minutes just waiting for an elevator that wasn’t already full. The condo it self was pretty nice. Comfortable beds, all needed cooking supplies, nice refrigerator, washer & dryer. The dish washer wasn’t working when we tried to use it for the first time on Sunday. They didn’t come fix it until Tuesday afternoon after a 2nd repair call. As for the area Be prepared this is a very busy area of the beach. There is a restaurant with good food and drinks directly next door.

Hi Matt! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your review and feedback. First, I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo itself, which is really the only thing we can control at the resort. I'm sorry it took a couple of days to fix the dishwasher, but most of the companies for appliances, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing are totally backed up this time of year. I assure you we got the first available appointment after calling numerous vendors. The parking garage is out of our control, unfortunately, as it's the responsibility of the resort management. Security misinformed you and I'm confirming that with the COA manager. There is a designated spot for this condo on the 3rd floor as stated. I will make sure security is aware of this moving forward. As for the clearance height, we can only provide the information we are given by the COA. The oversized parking is actually in the overflow lot, but I'm glad it was a simple fix of just taking off the car top carrier. The elevators, again, unfortunately, are out of our control. Each time I get a complaint about the elevators, I share that with the COA so they can understand how frustrating it is for our guests. They had voted to replace them this off season, but it seems they didn't get them all done. Again, I'm very glad you enjoyed the condo and your vacation. We hope to have you back again soon. Short Notice

Due to a horrible situation with our original plans; I needed to get my family to better accommodations. I was able to secure this property on short notice (hours), and the overall process was easy and very upfront. I also was provided information along every step in the process without having to ask for information. I would 100% recommend this property and the management team to anyone looking for accommodations.

Decent stay

View was great, location of room was good. Only downfall was more than half of the plugs didn’t work in the condo. Very annoying since we couldn’t really charge our phones in the living or bedroom areas. Floors had a lot of sand through out the condo. Even in the bed and couch. We did extra rinsing off the sand before heading to room for this was a concern. Furniture was a bit worn but overall served its purpose. During peak season elevator was a bit slow. Only time we were really aggravated was the check out time of 10am is the same time most head down to the pool/beach. So the congestion of the elevators was more than ridiculous. We waited 40min to use the elevator to take our first load of stuff to the car to leave the resort. Other than that it was decent stay.

I'm very sorry to hear the condo wasn't up to your or our cleaning standards. We have since hired a housekeeping manager to oversee all of our cleaners and inspectors to ensure an excellent guest experience every time, and have already seen great improvements and results. I am sorry for the elevator issue, but unfortunately, that is beyond our control. I do know it can be frustrating when the resort is busy. We are making repairs to the electrical outlets in the condo and we appreciate the feedback for improvement so we can take action. We hope you'll stay with us again soon. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.
