My family rented this property for a reunion/wedding/retreat as we were coming from all over the country. When we got to the property it was surrounded by fencing and a gated entrance. This was great as we had a number of children with us and they couldn't get even close to the street. The house was remarkable with 5 bedrooms with many beds, three and a half baths and a huge kitchen. During meals, 3-4 people could comfortably cook in this area and the dining area was spacious, as well. There was also 3 living spaces though we didn't use the dark formal dining area. There is a computer set up on the landing of the second floor but it would not stay connected. This wasn't a problem as most everyone brought their own laptops and the wireless worked well. We did not utilize the Yoga room like I thought we would as the weather was mild and everyone wanted to stay outside. The house is surrounded by a deck on the first level and another down by the pool. This is where lots of family gathered for a reunion. The pool and trampoline were a big hit with everyone and a few enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Walking around the property through the orchard or to the pond was also lots of fun. The sound of the water fall put most of us to sleep at night. The property is fairly secluded and private so disturbing neighbors was not a problem. Parking was adequate though we couldn't figure out the gate until we called the owner. I did have a few issues...The house needs more pots and pans and serving bowls since the house holds so many people. Luckily I have family in the area that contributed. One bedroom upstairs has no door and this was problematic as a couple with their 2 children slept in that room and the downstairs noise carried up. Also, this cut down on privacy for them. Some of the beds need updating but I'm sure that is a continual problem. Other than that, It was one of the best times we all have had together and I would rent it again in a heartbeat. Most of us went on a river rafting ride, went to gold country or to the railroad museum closeby so coming back to this house was like our own refuge. The cities seem so far away. It was fantastic.

This house was perfect for our needs. We traveled up to Northern California for my son's wedding and we wanted a "gathering" spot for all of our family and friends to hang out, visit, eat and just chill. Only a handful of us stayed the night, but it was worth it nonetheless. The ping pong table was a hit as well as the weight room! Clean and comfy! Chad, the property manager was friendly, available and very helpful. We are SO happy we did this. We made wonderful memories at Jamis place!

We took a large group to Jami's place and just loved it. The landscape is really beautiful, the house is comfortable, and the Yoga studio was a real plus. We ate lunch on the patio, and really enjoyed our surroundings. It was easy to get our arrangements set up and I found Jami to be very friendly and professional. This is definitely a great place to bring a large family or a small group...just far enough out of the city to feel you are away. The kitchen is large and easy to use. Take advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, and trampoline too.

It was great staying at Jami's Place. It is literally a mansion ! The accommodations were more than expected ! Plenty of room and well furnished. The hot tub was a real hit ! All 12 of us had an awesome time !
