Large Hot tub to accommodate your Group and a Fun Wet Bar directly in front of the Lake. Centrally located Home in the Heart of North Lake Tahoe. Abundant Dining and Night Life options in Tahoe Vista & Near By Crystal Bay, Tahoe City & Incline Village. Only 15 minutes to NorthStar and 20 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Areas

Home includes a buoy for your boat ($500 per week to use buoy) Must reserve. Large 3 car Parking Garage. Large Flat driveway with all the additional parking you will need. Garage only available from May - October

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Bedding: Do NOT strip used beds. Gather used towels and place in laundry room.
Trash: Empty all trash bins and place trash in the bear box.
Dishes: Put all dishes away. Okay to start the last load and leave in dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
THIS IS A NO SHOE HOUSE
To keep the home fresh for all our guests, we kindly ask that four-legged friends stay off all carpeted areas.

Five-star experience all around. Great location and terrific property. Super-responsive team that procured a baking tool for us before arrival so our daughter could make me a birthday cake. The weather was absolutely perfect during Fourth of July week and we enjoyed both the Hot Tub and the refreshing lake. The owner and management team gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

As many reviewers stated before, the views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains from this house are outstanding! The many amenities of this home, along with having kayaks, paddle boards and a private beach with a hot tub make for a very special vacation. We spent a lovely week here with our family. It is a beautiful/private place right on the water. We enjoyed the beach, the paddle boards and kayaks, frisbees and corn hole. We also enjoyed the indoor space. There was plenty of room for us-6 adults and 2 kids. We cooked in very comfortably for our meals. It was a very relaxing vacation!! The host was very responsive. We would stay here again without a doubt! If you have small children/toddlers, we would recommend baby gates or something to block the stairs.

Great location on the lake

It was very nice to have direct access to the lake with plenty of kayaks and paddleboards. The layout was perfect for our large group and we were very close to other areas we wanted to visit.

Summer Fun!

We had a fabulous time, so many water toys and beach games. An incredible view and beach to Lake access was over the top! The master bedroom had and incredible breathtaking Lake view. We were happy on the deck or in the water… all good reviews for this house very family friendly. Thank you!

One of the best spots on the lake

The house was beautiful and located at one of the best spots on the lake - southern facing with a sandy beach. The rooms were large. Two bedrooms have incredible views, the other two don't get the views (so prepare to draw straws) but the views from all the rooms in the house make-up for that. The owners were quickly responsive to random (even silly) questions, which made the stay go very smoothly. We would love to visit again!

Great for Park City

The property was very nice and convenient to park city. The garage fit a full size SUV. The ground level tended to remain colder, but a space heater was provided to make it as comfortable as possible. Super nice and spacious!

the views of the lake and mountains from this house were stunning, and we adored having kayaks and paddle boats at our disposal. the house comfortably accommodated our large family (4 adult couples plus 2 young children and a dog. it was a game changer in terms of not needing to get in cars to go find adventure elsewhere. hope to go back again...

Better than the pictures

The beauty of this place can’t be captured in a picture, it’s stunning. The house is the perfect place for a family with enough space to separate if you need too. There’s plenty of water toys, paddle boards, kayaks and kids toys. The hot tub is also amazing. Danielle is an amazing host, very responsive. And if you need anything done, Rafa will show up and do way more than he was supposed to. 5 stars really is not enough, possibly best family vacation ever.

Location!! Location!! Location!! You are on the water!!! It's very private!! ... and be careful you may not want to leave the house.

What makes this property unique

The property is very unique due to its location. There are very few houses around the entire lake that are actually on the water.There are not many flat lots on the lake, most homes are on the hill. This home is on a Flat Lot and you walk out the door and you are on the Sand and on the Lake. The Views are Amazing. In addition to it's unique location there is a framed in sand area that will make you feel like your are on your own private beach!!
