Why stay in a hotel where the rooms are smaller and the rates are higher? Some hotels on the Beach advertises rates for June as high as $200 per night. When you compare that rate with our rate and the additional room we have, you will see the benefit of renting our unit. Also, most people need to wash some clothes while on vacation. We have a washer/dryer for your use and most hotels only offer a laundermat somewhere on the premises. Families with children don't want to go out to eat every meal. Our unit offers a full kitchen for cooking a meal.
Why stay in a high rise condo with a crowded pool and beach when you can stay in a small family complex. Our complex has a very nice pool and courtyard with a lot of palm trees. We have plenty of chairs and tables and the beach is not crowded. Our complex only has 80 units and you can park close to your unit. Our poolside unit is located in a GULF-FRONT complex and overlooks a beautiful pool and courtyard. The unit was remodeled in 2007 with new appliances and furniture (leather sofa with a queen size sleeper, leather love seat, refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven). The unit has a tile floor in the living room, kitchen, hall, and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and the floor is carpeted. The loft bedroom is carpeted and has twin beds. The carpet was installed in 2006. The living room has a TV with a DVD and has mirrored walls. There are 3 ceiling fans (living room, bedroom, and loft). The deck, with 4 chairs and a table, overlooks a beautiful courtyard with lots of palm trees and a pool.
Our unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable for the whole family. Children will enjoy watching videos on the TV. Also, there is a TV in the master bedroom when you need to watch a favorite TV show.
Sippie cups are also provided for small children.
The courtyard has charcoal grills for that perfect barbecue. The pool was completely renovated in January, 2008, and is heated in the winter months. The unit is only steps to the white sandy beach and emerald waters.
No smoking or pets, please. Twenty-five and older only.
Nautical Watch is one of the few small complexes (with only 80 units) left on the beach. You can park in front of the condo and walk up the stairs to your unit.
Near by is a new shopping center called Pier Park which opened in 2008 and will have over 100 retail stores and restaurants when completed. A new 12 screen movie theater opened in January, 2008 |
