This beautifully renovated mountain home is located at the hub of the Pikes Peak Region. Just minutes away from historic Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak Railway, Pikes Peak Highway, Barr Trail, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Park, Cheyenne Canyon and so much more.

Enjoy the main level of this three story home, with the option of using the lower level apartment as well. Each living level is completely separate and private from the rest of the home and each level has it's own entrance. The owners live in the upper level of the home and are very respectful of your privacy.

Each living room and bedroom is equipped with it's own LCD TV and DVD player. You can enjoy wireless internet access throughout the home and each bedroom has it's own IPOD docking port!

The luxurious main level has been completely remodeled and has over 1,400 square feet of living space. It includes; two bedrooms (one of which has a private bathroom), two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room and a beautifully furnished living room. Complete with a wood burning fireplace and amazing views, it's a real Rocky Mountain High.

The lower level is a stand alone apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Although it's completely separate there is an interior connection with the main level. A great way to enjoy the company of others, yet with the ability to retreat to your own private space. In total there is 2000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and two kitchens. You can choose all or part of the space.

Our child friendly amenities include a youth bed, high chair, a pack and play, booster seat, and safety gates for your use. We are also pet friendly although we are selective regarding the pet/s.

There is an outside area with table and chairs, views of Garden of the Gods and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

There is so much to see and do in the Pikes Peak Region you'll enjoy a place to relax after a day full of sight-seeing. Or perhaps you would prefer to spend your days lounging amidst stunning scenery by day and city lights by night. Wildlife abounds. Chances are you'll see deer, turkeys, foxes, bears and the occasional mountain lion if you're "lucky".

  • Rocky Mountain High is right! I couldn't think of a better name for it. Beautiful home, beautiful scenery, wonderful owners that were very helpful at making sure all of our needs were met. All the wildlife we saw was awesome. It's so wonderful to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still be just a few minutes away from all the tourist attractions. This was one of our favorite vacations and we will be sure to tell all our friends. We also hope to stay there again sometime soon. Ginger, Kansas

  • This was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The home is located right in the heart of the forest. I felt like an adventurer everytime I stepped outside. The home is beautiful and the location is unbelievable. If you want to experience what it's like to live in the mountains then this is the place to stay!

  • We completely enjoyed our one week stay this August. Everything inside was new and clean. We cooked most of our meals and appreciated the kitchen was being well stocked. The view from the deck was breathtaking. As we drank our morning coffee outside, we enjoyed looking at all the birds, wild turkeys, chipmunks, and deers. The area was very quiet & private yet only a short drive away from Manitou Springs & Colorado Springs. Would definately recommend this place to family and friends.

  • It was one of the most awesome places we have ever stayed. Everything we needed was there, total comfort. Breath taking views, herds of deer, flocks of turkeys, chipmunks, and about 23 bird species identifed right off the deck! Places to hike w/o having to drive somewhere. Quiet and totally relaxing. All I can say is "wonderful."

  • We visited in mid June 2008 for a week and stayed on the main level only. Everything was new and clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We were comfortable with 4 adults and 2 very small children. The drive up to the house and the view of the mountains from the living room couch was spectacular!
