Great home located on a one acre lot with 100 feet of beautiful San Marcos River frontage. There are three decks one right down at the water, one up on the high bank looking out over the river, and another off the back of the house great for the barbeque and dining. Both decks at the house and overlooking the river have picnic tables. Great for canoeing and kayaking groups. The house has 4 bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen dishes and cooking utensils provided. All bed linens and bath towels are also provided but beach towels are recommended for your swims down in the river. Great central location to both Austin and San Antonio and don't forget New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, and Gruene. Plenty of dining and outlet mall shopping in close by San Marcos.
