Conveniently located for access to both downtown Austin and the Texas hill country, you will never want to leave this beautiful setting! Some of the best water for skiing, wake-boarding, tubing, kayaking and dining on the lake are just a few steps out of the back door.

Large decks and a fenced 2-story children's playscape make this place ideal for vacationing and enjoying time with your family. Two stories of decks with great views of the lake are perfect for relaxing. A spiral stair connects the upper deck to the main, lower deck. The fenced-in play scape area is great for small children. *** This house is perfect for relaxation and gatherings for families and small, "mellow" groups, as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Sorry, but due to neighborhood restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, parties or potentially noisy or late-night outside gatherings/groups. We have a strict limit of 8 overnight guests and 3-4 cars.

*** Maid service (cleaning, laundry, errands, food/beverage stocking) is available at very reasonable rates. Eat Out In and other restaurant delivery.

  • Kid Friendly : Kid friendly but children must be watched around on upper deck/balconey, around all stairs, and around lake! Caution for families with children & elderly: Main living area is UPSTAIRS (child safety gate provided and multiple stairs exist on the property. Bamboo and concrete floors can be slippery, especially when wet or if you step on something like paper laying on the floor! Upper deck railing consists of narrow bullpen wire that could be climbed by children - watch children at all times!
