This house is perfect for relaxation and gatherings for families and small, "mellow" groups, as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Sorry, but due to neighborhood restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, large parties, or groups that need the freedom to "party" without noise/activity restrictions.

- Kid Friendly: Kid friendly but children must be watched around on upper deck/balconey, around all stairs, and around lake! Caution for families with children & elderly: Main living area is UPSTAIRS (child safety gate provided and multiple stairs exist on the property. Bamboo and concrete floors can be slippery, especially when wet or if you step on something like paper laying on the floor! Upper deck railing consists of narrow bullpen wire that could be climbed by children - watch children at all times!

Well, we are sad as we prepare to leave our beautiful home and head to Dallas. We've poured our energy into making this a wonderful place to live and entertain and the house has hosted some great occasions for kids and adults alike. We'll be ready for vacaction renters July 3, with amenities to satify the most discerning guests. The kitchen and decks were made for entertaining. The sound system is state of the art, and the bedrooms are fully stocked with high quality linens, not to mention furniture and TVs. We are an easy drive downtown if you want to enjoy the great restaurants and live music venues of Austin. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we have!
