The title of our page is not an exaggeration: the Anaheim Sunset is the closest condo to Disneyland, California Adventure & Downtown Disney. Our condo is right across the street from Disneyland and is a short 5 minute walk to the FREE Disneyland Tram. 15 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING THE ANAHEIM SUNSET CONDO, you can be inside Disneyland or California Adventure! Our GUESTS say it only takes 10 minutes to walk to Disneyland. There is no need to pay $$$ to park at Disneyland or Downtown Disney because you are only a few steps away.

Anaheim Sunset has been newly renovated. The living room features new flooring and includes a 37" high definition flat panel LCD television with a DVD player and cable television. The Master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk in closet and a TV with VCR/DVD player. There is also a desktop computer with internet access and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience. The second bedroom boasts a full/twin bunk bed (sleeps 2 below and 1 above). The condo also has an available queen sized air mattress with sheets.

At meal time, you will find every amenity necessary for a completely home cooked meal (dining table seats 4-6) or you can just stroll across the street to Downtown Disneyland for a dinner and a movie! Many excellent restaurants and entertainment options are nearby as well.

In the evening you can enjoy the incredible Disneyland fireworks show through both bedrooms windows which provide the perfect view. You can also relax at the large sparkling pool and jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland while the children play either in the children's pool or in the complex playground located right next to the pool.

All the amenities at the condo are for your full use to make your vacation completely hassle and worry free. Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Full refrigerator, kitchen wares, linens/bedding and towels. All you need to bring is yourself and your family!

A parking spot is also reserved for your convenience and is located about 15 feet from your front door making unloading and loading much easier.

Rates:
Low Season (Sep-Feb) $165/night (2 night minimum)
High Season (Mar-May) $185/night (2 night minimum)
Peak Season (Jun-Aug, Dec & New Years) $225/night (3 night minimum)

$120 Cleaning Fee. $350 refundable security deposit returned 2 weeks after departure.
Payment via Paypal only (paypal accepts: personal checks, visa, mastercard). PayPal fees apply.
35% Cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations.

  • Anaheim Sunset is a great option for Disneyland Accommodation, especially for families. Being 5-10 mins walk from the car park shuttle (you're inside the park 15 min after leaving the front door), only a Disneyland Hotel can get you closer, and then only just. The condo is extremely neat, tidy and comfortable with all mod cons including internet. Hosts are very caring and accommodating. We'll be back.

  • WoW! We had a great time on our Disney vacation. We brought our 5 year old for her first visit. And we and my parents haven't been in over 20 years. It is definetly the happiest place on earth. And what even made it better, was having a great 'home' to come back to each day. The place had all we needed and was comfortable. Nice welcome bag upon our arrival, great communication with owener and manager! And you really can't get much closer to Disney unless you are at the resort itself. Took 5 mins to get to trams and about 10-12 to walk to the park. Fireworks can be seen from all the rooms. Although a bit cold for us to swim, it would be great in warmer weather. We are not a hotel family, we love the house/condo option, and this did not dissapoint. We will be back. Thank you!

  • We stayed here In January 2009. We had a great time. You could walk to Disney and see the fireworks from the condo. Only problem we had was our car being towed, but we called the property manager and they took care of everything and then some. Very happy. We like the the idea of having the option of cooking or going out. Especially after a long day at the parks. Would stay there again if we go back to Anaheim

  • We spent a week here in October(great weather!). The tram is about a 10 minute walk from the door and delivers you to either Disneyland or California adventure. The place is nice and well kept, my kids really enjoyed the swimming pools and hot tub although it took us a while to find it(in the middle of the complex). My only complaint is that the master bed was kind of hard. Other than that, I really enjoyed having a place of my own to relax. Its really nice to have your own fridge, and the ability to cook your own meals on occasion. I tend to get tired of restaurant food morning, noon and night. A great alternative to a hotel while enjoying Disneyland.
