Other than a few bulbs being burnt out, this is a great rental, amazing amounts of space for a two bed. Property detail states 1.5 bath, was pleasantly surprised to find two separate baths one with shower over bath (although tap to fill bath was not functioning), second full shower was a good size too. Would return to this location with no qualms. To ensure bedroom heating shared bedroom thermostat (there is one for both bedroom, which is odd, one couple appreciated cool, the other warm) is set higher or equal to main area thermostat otherwise you'll experience cold feet in the morning!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin has a nice open floor plan which made it great for a girls ski weekend get together. However, to pay a higher than average cleaning fee when the cabin was not adequately cleaned when we arrived was disappointing. The back bathroom's tiolet was extremely dirty and defiinitely not cleaned after the last occupant (I don't want to be too specific, but it wasn't just unclean, it was disgustingly dirty). I also always check under the bed before I leave a hotel/place I've stayed to make sure I haven't left anything behind (a random glove or ski hat, etc), I didn't find anything of mine, but did see huge "dust bunnies". Maybe an issue the owners need to address with the cleaning company they use? Another FYI for the owners: there is no way to lock the hot tub as the cord has been cut, and looked like it had been cut quite awhile ago.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay mostly. The home is pretty accurately described. It is VERY modern. You are higher up than most homes, and get pretty views of the trees (you cannot see mountains). The kitchen is awesome and has everything that you need! Loved that it was stocked great. There is a ping pong table, but it is in the garage,so you really can't park in there. And the hot tub is down some dangerous stairs if snowy,so beware & hold on.The furniture is of modern decor to "match",but it's all very uncomfortable. We did not like the beds at all-no box springs. And the couches are not worthy of relaxing on.So...if you want to be able to lay around and relax after skiing,be prepared. There is also no wifi, cable, or cell phone coverage. This made it difficult for us to find out about the current road closures while there-they do offer free long distance phone service, but you have to know who to call. Our kids thought it was cool because it was big and open. But it is not child friendly for under 4. The bedrooms are very very BARE. No blinds,no dresser (wardrobes attached to wall), and only one little table with a small light in one bedroom. We did not enjoy the feeling of "nothing" in there. The "den", at least had the only t.v. and a d.v.d. collection, which was nice.We watched several movies. Over all, I will give it 3 stars because of a little snafu when we first arrived. BUT, the manager took care of it right after I called (bring her number with you!) We like the looks of modern, and are glad we tried it. But we did not like the no-comfort furniture. So once is probably enough for us. The price was good, and close to skiing. I really think they should try furnishing it similar to The Edgewater (hotel in Seattle)-it is a modern but lodge feel. Very comfy, but still modern and edgy like Seattle. *I really think there should be some sort of blinds in the bedrooms, there are other cabins nearby that can see in once it's dark.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We spent three nights at the cabin in summer and it was, by far, the best "cabin" experience we've had. The home itself is beautiful and well laid out. We loved the different aspects of the house - for example, the bridge between the main living areas and the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the games and movies were likewise well stocked. The hot tub offered quite a bit of privacy and was easily accessible. There is a wonderful trail nearby that hugs the river and is great for afternoon walks. The view of the mountain from the trail is great! Overall, a two thumbs up!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I have stayed here several times and never want to leave when the vacation is over.( I think we always extend our stay a day or two). This is more than a house, this is a lifestyle. I love the wall of windows that open all the way, and the beautiful deck with bbq.Too awesome!!!I I could list alot of things but.... We always have the most wonderful time. There are hiking trails that take you along the river in both directions for great walks. 10 stars!! Thanks for the best vacation ever!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
