  We have just returned from our second weekly stay at your lovely condo and everything was just wonderful. We knew from last year's stay this was the place to be. A lovelier home and location would be very, very hard to find on Amelia Island. We are former residents of the island and knew the great places to see and do. If you wish a great location for a memorable vacation, this is the place to stay. We will be back.

  The home is absolutely wonderful!!! We felt right at home. Beds were comfy - beautifully decorated and clean. Very short walk to the pool - short walk to beach. Will definitely be back!!!!

  We went as the Brady Bunch. My kids and my boyfriends kids. We had such a wonderful time. There was plenty of room, and all the necessities. The owners are so gracious and easy to work with. My brother is stationed at Kingsbay GA, and we spent time with him and his family at the condo, the pool, the ocean, and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

  We spent the week at your home with our family and it was absolutely perfect!! We could not have asked for anything better. The house was even better than the description and pictures that we viewed on this site. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool and the beach were very close and very enjoyable. We enjoyed the lani, grill and pond as well. The owners were very helpful and provided useful information about Amelia Island. We went deep sea fishing, we shopped downtown, we went on the Ghost WalkTour and enjoyed all of it. We loved eating at Sliders and Moon River Pizza. Amelia Island is great because it is not crowded and is perfect for families. We would highly recommend this perfect vacation home and we hope to return again!!

  This townhouse is magnificant! It was immaculate and well appointed to meet our needs in every way. The gated community in which it is located is also maintained meticulously. There is a picturesque pool about a 2 minute walk from the house and the beach is very close as well. The owner was very helpful and even provided sets of directions to and from the airport and other places he thought we might be interested in as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

  Our small family spent the week of Labor day (9/1/11 - 9/8/11) in your lovely home. We lived on the island for years but now live in the mountains. For the past several years we have rented a condo or house on Amelia Island for a Labor Day vacation. None we have rented comes close to comparing to this condo. Everything is as advertised and the location is perfect. We had our two year old grandson and his favorite location was the pool and/or beach. A spectacular pool which was enjoyed by all and the beach is so close by. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to and on the beach. I cannot commend you enough for providing such a wonderful place to vacation. Very, very well and tastefully furnished. We loved it and will be back.

  just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your Amelia Island townhome. It made our vacation perfect. The townhome was wonderful and we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and I can't think of one thing left out. We especially enjoyed grilling outside, riiding the bikes to the pool and beach, the quiet neighborhood and all of your amenities. We dont take a vacation every year so when we are able to get away from the everyday hustle, we truly appreciate a nice place to stay. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful townhome. I can't think of one thing to make it better. We definately look forward to visiting Amelia Island and your townhome again soon. Thanks again.

  My sister-in-law and I took our combined six kids to Fernandina for three days of spring break. This condo was more than perfect. We had fun playing games in the living room/dining area and all of us were comfortable sleeping in the beds or on air matresses. The condo is well equipped with anything you could need and is so convenient to the beach and pool! Kudos to the owner for being quick to respond to our questions as we planned the trip. I recommend this unit for anyone wanting comfort and luxury as well as convenience!

  This is an incredible place. Beautifully decorated, clean, lots of hot water and water pressure, towels that are thicker and softer than your typical hotel towel. Master bed is comfy too. It also feels really homey and not like you are staying in some timeshare or hotel - for example the bikes, coolers, beach chairs, magazines, books, and real "kleenex" (not raw store brand tissues) they have for guests to use.
