Beautiful, new townhouse located within walking distance to 13 miles of pristine sandy white beaches, a championship golf course (The Golf Club of Amelia Island) and the Ritz Carlton. The "resort style" pool at the Preserves (our complex) is just steps away from our home.
This luxury townhouse is beautifully decorated. Each bedroom (master bedroom on 1st floor) has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. In addition, there are three Aerobeds available. You will enjoy the large living area which easily accommodates family gatherings. At the end of the day, relax on the screened in lanai and patio overlooking the private lake.
We have even provided three bikes (beach cruisers) for long rides on the beach. In addition, use our beach towels, chairs, coolers and toys for a fun filled day on the beach.
Amelia Island's main attraction is the great outdoors. The beautiful climate offers many options for nature lovers and sporting enthusiasts. You will also find great restaurants, unmatched shopping and historic attractions in Fernandina Beach which is only minutes away from us.

Our small family spent the week of Labor day (9/1/11 - 9/8/11) in your lovely home. We lived on the island for years but now live in the mountains. For the past several years we have rented a condo or house on Amelia Island for a Labor Day vacation. None we have rented comes close to comparing to this condo. Everything is as advertised and the location is perfect. We had our two year old grandson and his favorite location was the pool and/or beach. A spectacular pool which was enjoyed by all and the beach is so close by. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to and on the beach. I cannot commend you enough for providing such a wonderful place to vacation. Very, very well and tastefully furnished. We loved it and will be back.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your Amelia Island townhome. It made our vacation perfect. The townhome was wonderful and we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and I can't think of one thing left out. We especially enjoyed grilling outside, riiding the bikes to the pool and beach, the quiet neighborhood and all of your amenities. We dont take a vacation every year so when we are able to get away from the everyday hustle, we truly appreciate a nice place to stay. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful townhome. I can't think of one thing to make it better. We definately look forward to visiting Amelia Island and your townhome again soon. Thanks again.

My sister-in-law and I took our combined six kids to Fernandina for three days of spring break. This condo was more than perfect. We had fun playing games in the living room/dining area and all of us were comfortable sleeping in the beds or on air matresses. The condo is well equipped with anything you could need and is so convenient to the beach and pool! Kudos to the owner for being quick to respond to our questions as we planned the trip. I recommend this unit for anyone wanting comfort and luxury as well as convenience!

This is an incredible place. Beautifully decorated, clean, lots of hot water and water pressure, towels that are thicker and softer than your typical hotel towel. Master bed is comfy too. It also feels really homey and not like you are staying in some timeshare or hotel - for example the bikes, coolers, beach chairs, magazines, books, and real "kleenex" (not raw store brand tissues) they have for guests to use.
