Our Raised Beach House has some ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! Exceptionally nice, Oceanside raised, beach house, 2BR/2BA, sleeps 8 (5 beds) at 104G Sunset Dr. House has some ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! 0.6 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Rental house is on 10' stilts. 1-minute walk to beach! House in complex of 17 homes with community pool known as Sunset Square (behind Water's Edge Condos). Just one half block from the ocean! Our rental house is the 1st house back from N. Waccamaw Drive (2nd Row) and located beside (west) Sunset Square community pool. Covered front porch and open sundeck, paved parking for 4 cars under house. Tile on kitchen and bath floors. Wood laminate in the den and hall. Approximately 1000 square feet.
Master bedroom has queen bed, color cable TV and walk in full bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, color cable tv and full bath down hall. Stacked washer and dryer in hall. This is our third year renting this house. One of the best features of this house is its proximity to the beach. You are just across the street!!! The house is well maintained and kept clean. Has all the amenities that you could ask for. My wife and I love staying at this little house. It's convenient, cozy, and just right for a week at the beach. Thanks again for another great year Stewart!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My wife and I spent the last week relaxing at this beach house. The house is well maintained, generously appointed and contains all the necessities to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the front porch in the great wooden rockers! Although you are just across the street from the beach, the house and the neighborhood are exceptionally quiet. No problem finding a parking space here as there is plenty of parking just for you underneath the house. Best of all it is covered from those afternoon thunderstorms. We can't wait to return next year for a 3rd season.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This house is across the street from the ocean, but is VERY close to public access and the street that you have to cross is easily crossable even in the busiest time of the day. The owner Stewart was easy to get in touch with and was great to work with. The pool is RIGHT beside the house and great for the kids. We had 2 adults and 2 children and there would have been plenty of room for a couple more....we will stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I had a great stay in 104 G Sunset Dr. during the week of 8/7 - 8/14/10. The house is very nicely decorated in a "beach" theme and has lots of comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has updated appliances and was fully equipped with cookware and utensils. You can see the ocean both from the den and the second bedroom!! We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch for enjoying the early morning and evening ocean breezes. The very nice community pool is just in front of the house and the beach is less than a one minute walk across the street. Thanks Stewart for letting us rent your beach home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This was a wonderful house to spend our vaction in! I would like to say that the property owner was WONDERFUL! He contacted me within 15 minutes of emailing my request. He has excellent customer service, which made the experience very easy-going! The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. There is a Kroger right down the street, and all the "spots" we wanted to hit were close. The pool was clean, there was ample parking, and the locals were friendly. We stayed at this house during the Fall Bike Week rally and it was just close enough to the action without being right in it! Broadway on the Beach was a little further than expected, but it was no big deal. We even spent a few nights in watching TV or chatting on the balcony...It was our home away from home: very comfortable and cozy! We recommend eating at Crabby Mike's for a great seafood buffet, and we also tried out the Conch Cafe on the beach road. Good food, a little pricey for drinks. We will definately stay at this property again, and I cannot say enough how great the property owner treated us!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
