Perfect for large families or multiple families. Beautiful 2nd row beach Townhouse, ocean view. Unique two story, 4 bedroom 3 bath beach townhouse on 2nd row with over 1650 square feet of living space. Plenty of room, 9 foot ceilings on the first floor provide a spacious feel unlike other smaller units. 6 beds allow for comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room and space for privacy on this multi-level home, first floor bedroom, three bedrooms upstairs, huge master bedroom with balcony, listen to the ocean while you sleep. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. We do not provide linens. All beds will have a quilt, mattress pad and pillows. Monthly rates available

Seconds to the beach, with access right across the street, undercover parking for 3 cars with unique pull through parking in left bay, with additional parking in the rear, golf carts are allowed. Two spacious balconies that measure 8x19 for relaxing and unwinding. Leave your chairs on the beach and come back for lunch, its that close(beach chairs are not provided). Private pool shared by only 4 units! FREE WIFI keeps you connected! Golf carts are allowed.
3-7 night stay required depending on the time of year. Check dates to verify minimum night requirements. Linen/towel service available at an extra cost to renter. Renter must contact linen service directly. Number available upon request.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10 am. Our cleaning crew will arrive at 10 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2 sets of keys are provided in the lock box. Loss of keys will be charged $200. Lockbox keys are verified by housekeeping after stay
All keys must be in lockbox to avoid charge, this is verified by housekeeping. Maintenance personnel may need  access during stay.
Failure to follow the policies listed will result in an immediate eviction without any rental refund.

Great stay! Condo was very clean and decorated nicely, kitchen was fully equipped for families they love to eat in. Easy access to the beach, just a few steps to the ocean and a small view of the ocean from the porch. This was our 2nd year staying here and our family plan to stay again next year.

We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon! The condo is very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Sharon was responsive to any messages and made check-in / check-out incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this great place.

This is a great condo in a great location! I love that there are only 4 units. The beach access is right across the street. There are 3 awesome restaurants 0.7 miles from the condo at the pier. The furnishings in the condo were nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We brought our own linens and paper supplies. We had plenty of room and our own bathroom! We would definitely rent this condo again!

We have stayed here several times and every time has been great! The public beach access is just across the street. There are plenty of beds, and plenty of space for parking. The place is very clean and well equipped. And as always, the owners were very quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We are residents of South Carolina who have vacationed in various parts of the grand strand. We fell in love with Surfside Beach, and all the amenities it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is a perfect combination of location and size. We wanted to purchase a place that was family friendly close to the beach and had plenty of room for multiple families, with two floors and 4 bedrooms, it gives everyone plenty of space to stretch out . We love the fact that there are not numerous high rise condominiums, which can cause beaches to be overcrowded. This was the perfect fit. We look forward to helping you create your own memories at Ocean Quarters.

What makes this property unique

Parking for 4 cars under building with rare pull through parking in left bay( great if your pulling a small trailer), 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Large master bedroom, lower guest bedroom adjoins the bathroom(also accessed by the hall). Ocean can be viewed on either balcony (both are spacious 10x20 ft., each accessible from the living room or master bedroom. There two floors for plenty of privacy for both adults and children. FREE WIFI will keep everyone connected.
