There is a fee of $25/person for additional persons.
There is a 3 night minimum on weekends, and 2 night min during the week with $100
cleaning fee.**
Peak Season Premium of $25 per night from June 1st - Oct 18th
$25 premium per day on Nov. 15th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weekends
**some weekends require a 4 night min

Rental property that feels like home! It was perfect for our family (w/ baby). Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to city! Great location! Would recommend to all family and friends!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
