  Debbie was wonderful to work with. The house was clean and nice. Golf cart and access to the Sandestin amenities were wonderful. The pool was very close to the house. Gas grill, bikes, fishing poles, beach stuff were all included. The kids also enjoyed playing in the backyard. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a marvelous time!!! Debbie is wonderful!! The residence was tremendous! Fishing, golfing, shopping, beach, workout room & pool were all fantastic. What more could you want ... we recommend to everybody!!!!!!!!!

  We just returned home from a fabulous week at this cottage in Laurel Grove and can only say good things about the whole experience from beginning to end. Debbie made our last minute booking so easy and everything was ready for us on arrival. The inside was perfect........... very clean with all we needed........ and more. Once there we never even got in our car again. Everything was accessible in the golf cart. Even all our shopping was done in the golf cart over at Grand Boulevard; which also included a large grocery store. Much of our time was spent out on the front deck barbequeing and watching the kids play on the front lawn, fishing in the lake or feeding the ducks and turtles. And much of our time was spent touring the resort in the golf cart or swimming in the heated community pool and hot tub or down at the beach. After biking around Laurel Grove daily, we really felt that this cottage was one of the best locations and we can't wait to go back. The only bad thing about this holiday was that it had to end so thank you for making it easy and relaxing!

  This is the third time we've stayed at the Laurel Grove Cottage. It's my favorite neighborhood and cottage that we've stayed in at Sandestin. We've been staying at different places in Sandestin for eleven years. We come both in the Fall and Winter, staying six weeks each time. Unfortunately, the cottage is often booked when we'd like to rent. Debbie is great to work with if there's any problem or question. The neighborhood off season is very quiet and there are some very nice permanent neighbors. The view from the cottage is wonderful.....pond, golf fairway, and a large back yard. The cottage is equipped with all one needs. The golf cart is fun to have for a trip to the beach or a Sandestin restaurant. Also, the club house, pool, and exercise room are close by and free.

  After staying at this wonderful cottage, our family has decided it was one on the nicest holidays we have had. The interior was immaculate and fully stocked and the owner, Debbie, was easy to work with and always just a phone call away to answer any questions. The gas barbeque made meals easy and overlooking the lake and golf course was a bonus. We loved not having to rent bikes and the golf cart was perfect for getting around the resort. The community pool and fitness club area was relaxing and just steps away from the cottage. We can't wait to return next year. Thank you for sharing your home!

  We rented this cottage for the month September. The cottage is very spacous and nicely decorated. Being able to bring our family pet made this cottage even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the views from the porch watching the golfers across the lake and feeding the turtles. We used the barbeque grill to cook dinner, and having a golf cart to use made traveling to the beach, wharf, grocery store and eateries extremely easy. The cottage kitchen was well equipped and the extra bikes and beach accessories were nice to have. The amenities were close and we enjoyed using the hot tub, fitness center, and pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. The owners were great to work with and we would definately rent again.

  My family and I have stayed in the sandestin properties for over ten years. I think this property far exceeds any place we have stayed before. The house is simply the best. It was so accommodating for us. We took two teenagers, two children and my husband and my self. The kids loved riding the bikes, fishing in the backyard and riding on the golf cart. The upstairs suite was absolutely perfect for the two teenagers. The back porch was my favorite for drinking coffee every morning or grilling in the afternoon. The yard was a great area for the kids to play in and they loved feeding the turtles. The pool is super close by and the workout room was great too. On several occassions my husband and I went on morning runs through the neighborhoods. We will definately stay here again. So nice and Debbie is so great to work with.   Our family had such a great time at your home. We have stayed in SanDestin many times but this has been the best house yet. Everything is as the pictures show and the golfcart was such a plus, especially going to the Baytown Wharf in the evenings and not having to look everywhere to park the car. We loved the backporch in the mornings for our coffee and the evenings for a glass of wine. The bedroom upstairs was great for the teenagers. Everyone loved the turtles and birds in the pond. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we will be back next year.

  My family loved staying at this property! The house is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We brought our small dog and she loved the yard and porch. The golf cart was wonderful and made getting around the resort a breeze. We really appreciated the bikes and pool/beach toys available for use. The pool and fitness center in Laurel Grove was very convenient, clean and quiet. It was a nice place to go after spending the mornings at the beach. We spent most of our time at the resort between Baytowne and the beach. There is a Publix located right next to the resort for your shopping needs. Louis Louis was a great restaurant in the area, although it had a limited menu, the food was delicious! I can't say enough wonderful things about the resort and this property! If you stay here you will not be disappointed!!

  We just returned from our visit to Sandestin and staying in this home. This wasn't our first trip to Destin, but was our first time staying at the Sandestin resort. It truly is as described, you can ride the golf cart everywhere, to the beach, to Baytowne Wharf, to the shopping center and Marina. We only needed our car when we wanted to venture into Destin a couple times. The house was perfect, and I am a very picky person when it comes to where we stay. The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and gas grills there for your use. Our family of 4 stayed there for a week along with our two dogs, the yard was perfect for the dogs to enjoy playing or just sitting on the deck with us in the morning and evening. We drove and walked the Laurel Grove community and this yard was truly the biggest. It was great to come back to the home after a long day at the beach and feel like we were home and able to relax for the next day. We didn't want to leave and would not hestitate to stay here again. The owners were great to work with, and everything was just as they described and without any hassles. The front gate was expecting us when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us this year, we look forward to staying again next year!! :-)
