We live in the same adult community and felt we could easily manage a rental home as well as provide the perfect rental for our tenants with all of the amenities they would expect. Our stay at Solera, Del Webb was really nice! So relaxing, and the weather was beautiful. Rick was so helpful with everything. We would come and rent this property again. Loved it!!

Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience here at Solara. We have recommended you to many people we met looking for a place next year. As you know, we won't be back next year but we will the following year. We will stay in touch relative to that and hope that this house will be available. You have been a very attentive landlord and we appreciate that very much.The golfcart was a wonderful addition. It has been fun and very convenient. Many other things were a plus, such as the golf membership, the lemon tree,the extra TV channels, the lovely backyard and the proximity to the clubhouse.

We enjoyed this immaculate home, and it's beautiful back yard during the period October 1st - December 31st, 2009. The owner's description in VRBO is factual and very well communicated. The Solera community is very friendly with plenty of social activities and amenities to enjoy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Very nice home in a great location. 3 mins from Walmart, Starbucks, and other resturants. Lots of amenities on site. Golf, swimming, and exercise room. Rick was very helpful and fast with any repairs that were needed. I would highly recommend renting from him.

We found the property nicely decorated, big back yard with grill, and right on the golf course. This area has a lot to offer. The owners made our stay very enjoyable.

A really sensational place to stay. Everything in this house is new and clean. Owners are in the community and very responsive and helpful. Community is just gorgeous with the mountains and great views. Golf at J.R. course is close and a beautiful course. I have already booked for next year.
