The Villa has an unbelievable, million dollar view of Toledo Bend from almost every room in the house. It has one of the best locations of any lake house in the state of Louisiana. The lake house has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 living areas, and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people in beds, or 12 with comfortable Futons.

The living area definitely has the "Wow" factor! Luxurious furnishings include soft and comfortable sofas and oversized chairs, a sectional sofa and a stylish game table. Additional seating is provided at the bar and dining area. The kitchen and seating at the counter also have a great view of the lake.
Launch your boats and jet skis at the private boat dock and be on the water in seconds. Sit on the porch or balcony and watch the exciting activity on the lake. You will be living the life of luxury in this beautiful Villa! After a fun day on the lake, guests love to relax in the comfy, beautiful living room with its spectacular view of the lake. Wall to wall windows take advantage of the view, and double doors provide access to the deck overlooking the lake.
The modern, attractive kitchen makes meal preparation easy and fun! The large granite bar with 3 stools provides extra seating. The kitchen has granite counter tops, decorative stone back-splash, and pendant lights over the counter.
The appliances are all top-of-the-line. There are double ovens, one smaller for quicker cooking, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water in the door, dishwasher, and a microwave oven. The kitchen has everything you need for making snacks and complete meals while you are at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
Guests enjoy the fantastic lake view while dining at the antique table. The table provides seating for 8.
The master bedroom suite on the first floor with its style and grace reminds guests of a beautiful 5 star hotel. Beautiful bed linens and a comfortable king-sized mattress insure a restfull night's sleep. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV provide entertainment . A comfortable seating area with a lake view with large windows provides a dramatic view of the lake. The large master closet also includes a washer and dryer for your use.
The very spacious, beautifully carpeted master bath has his and hers sinks, a large cast iron soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom on the first floor, has a king sized bed and a dresser. This bedroom has an adjoining bath with stone shower. The bath has a granite counter top and carpeted floor.
The third bedroom upstairs also has a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers. A flat screen TV and Direct TV is provided . There is a view of the lake through the side window. The bath has a granite counter top and carpeted floor.
The fourth bedroom is decorated with antique armor with a full–sized bed. There is a bathroom with shower. The bath has a granite counter top and carpeted floors.
The downstairs second living area, has two futons for additional bedding if needed. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations for our family vacation. Our four daughters attend diffeerent colleges so it is not often that we can all get together for an extended time period. The furnishings made our stay so comfortable. And, whoever the decorator is - keep her (or him)! The view was fantastic - just oved raising the blinds every morning to look at the water! We're already planning our next trip!

This was an excelent choice for my family of 5. We enjoyed the professionally decorated Villa perfectly located on Bailey's Bluff above the Lake. The views were tremendous as you could see a major portion of the lake from Pendelton Bridge to the north to Rebel Ridge to to the south. Each bedroom has its on full bathroom which makes life easy for all your guest. The large main room has enough seating for evryone to be really comfortable while enjoying the panoramic view. It's not your ordinary lake house, so be prepared to be surprised. It will also be a favorite of mine.

We stayed for a girl's weekend and we had a wonderful time. With 7 women in the mix, we all had comments on the BEAUTIFUL decor and oh so comfy beds! No one was ready to leave but alas had to get back to reality. We are planning another trip but want to stay much longer next time. Thank you for the relaxing get away in such a beautiful villa.

First of all, the scenic trip there to Don’s villa at Toledo Bend was great. We selected the Nov 19-22 of 2011 as our Fall and Thanksgiving/Christmas with the boys, wives and grandsons get together. What a surprise we had with the beautiful and picturistic views from the living room…..WOW !!! The website does nothing to capture the beauty of this lake and its shorelines. The kitchen is every chef’s dream to prepare meals. Believe us when we say “you have plenty of room to move around” in this villa. Gorgeous rooms and large bathrooms as well with a multi-floor plan gave everyone plenty of privacy. The outdoor deck on the lower level is where most of us spent our sunsets while there. Absolutely perfect in every way…beautifully furnished with taste I might add. Thank you Don for a great weekend with the family.

Just spent a long weekend in Villa 1 and had a great time. The villa is very upscale and probably has the best view in the development. The water is extremely low and fishing from the gazebo was impossible. We did not get a guide to take us out but instead played two days of golf. The course and facilities are top rate and we may return just for the golf (we are not really golfers). Great rental and great weekend.

The house has a view of Toledo bend that cannot be beat. The house is very clean and well kept. I plan on going there again as soon as I can.
