A wonderful stay at Iva's Cottage

Iva's Cottage was a splendid delight. My family and I spent five wonderful days touring the Sonoma and Napa Valley's. The cottage was a great central location for all our activities ie, wine tasting at several locations, strolling the Sonoma Plaza shopping, Train Town with the kids and even a trip to San Francisco sightseeing. Inside and out, the cottage was clean, fresh and beautifully maintained. It was everything they described on their website. Our family highly recommends Iva's Cottage and we've already booked our next stay.

Thanksgiving at Iva's Cottage

Our family of four adults spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend at Iva's Cottage. It is a warm, comfortable, lovely cottage. Just the right size, just the right mix of modern and quaint, lovely appointments, cheery and bright and clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and easily functionable. The bedrooms are cozy, comfortable, spacious for a cottage, bright and inviting. The welcoming touches were greatly appreciated...the fresh flowers, the bottle of wine...just the general warmth and ambiance of the place. It is so near to the shops and restaurants of the town of Sonoma and so near to all the best and most interesting and fun wineries. The drive to the coast is also an easy and beautiful drive from the cottage. A memorable and good experience for sure. I would recommend this cottage to anyone.

My son and I left our home at 6am on the 14th. At 6:30pm we arrived at your cottage. Travel weary we opened the door to all the lights on, TV with music, fresh flowers, bottle of wine, How wonderful! The week went so quickly-every night coming "home" to the cottage. The beds were wonderful, the kitchen was great. Today is our last day and I feel sad-I want to stay! We hope we can come again. Thank you so much.

We arrived at Iva's cottage for 10 days during the holiday season. The home was warm and inviting, immaculate, and was equipped with virtually everything out family needed. We used the kitchen and grill daily. Our 2 year old daughter loved the cozy cottage, and looked forward to coming back home every day. Wineries in both Sonoma and Napa are within easy driving distance, and the town of Sonoma is only 5 minutes away. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for a couple or a small family.
Owner response:We are so glad you had a great stay. Thank you so much for the great review. We love hearing from our guests and hope to see you again soon. Shannon
