The home is conveniently located on the Robert Trent Golf Course with the comforts of home and an easy walk to all! 5-minute walk to Shelter Cove Marina and Main Street with restaurants, shops, water amenities (fish, boat, kayak), and events. Well-appointed, with a great layout with separate living areas and space to spread out. Short-term and long-term rentals are available.

First Floor Common Areas: Dining room and eat-in kitchen, living and family room w/TV’s free wireless Internet, Private Pool, Patios, guest Bathroom, Gas Grill, Outdoor shower, Outside Seating, Laundry Room.

Equipped Kitchen: Spacious w/CTR island, granite, double oven, microwave, elect. Cooktop, dishwasher. Beverage bar w/sink, stemware (plastic for outdoors), beverage cooler, toaster, regular coffee pot and K-Cup, waffle maker with panini press, Dinnerware, glasses, plates. The home has surveillance security devices such as smart doorbells, and are on the outside perimeter of the home.

First Floor has: 2 BR suites & 2.5 Bath Bedroom #1: Lg Primary Suite, King Bed, TV, Master Bath (Walk-in Shower, 2 sinks, Lg. Soak Tub) Bedroom #2: Queen with private bath with shower.

Second Floor: Game Room w/pool table, games, books, puzzles, TV, Balcony overlooking golf course. Bedroom #3: King Suite w/Balcony & pull out sofa bed, TV, Bathroom (Walk-in Shower). Bedroom #4 and #5: Queen Beds, shared bathroom (Shower)

Please note that we do not heat the pool in the summer season **Pool can be heated, inquire for an additional fee rates - $1200-1500+tax (Spa only $350 + tax) a week to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on season. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival. (1) Palmetto Gate Entry pass is included with each reservation and should be displayed at all times on car window. Palmetto Dunes Car Entry Rates will Apply for other cars. Mid stay cleaning is also available for added fees.

For times not on the beach: Shelter Cove Marina summertime Harbourfest and fireworks weekly (seasonally). 5 min. walk away. Shops, restaurants, live entertainment, arts and events . PD has a free call on demand Dunes Buggy during summer peak season and picks up and drops off at the homes doorstep. It makes regular stops at The Dunes House, Shelter Cove Towne center, Shelter Cove Harbour/Marina, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and the Plaza at Shelter Cove. 3 Golf Courses: Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills

Plenty of room

The house was excellent for our large group of four families totaling 8 adults and 7 kids. The owner was very helpful and responsive, especially when we had trouble figuring out the hot tub heater. Also, due to the time of year, the pool was quite dirty when we arrived, but the owner arranged for cleaning the next morning. All in all it was a great trip as we celebrated my wife’s birthday.

Family Celebration

Juliet’s home offered perfect accommodations for our family celebration. We had siblings and their families gathering from three different locations to celebrate my sister’s birthday; 10 stayed over night and 2 traveled for the day. The house was depicted perfectly in the online photos. It was a nice, quiet community. It was exceptionally clean. The home was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the soaps and shampoos, trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent etc. It was nice to have on hand without having to run out purchase. We also cooked our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked. When we arrived late Friday, the pool needed cleaning due to rain the night before. Juliet had someone clean it for us early Saturday morning. We enjoyed a great afternoon by the pool. Juliet offered friendly and efficient customer service in a timely manner. She was so very detailed with information for our stay. We loved playing pool! She also had many board and card games. It’s been over a year since our family has been together like this. It was the perfect retreat. Can’t thank Juliet enough for sharing her beautiful home. I hope to visit again in the future.

Great property as advertised!

This was our second extended stay at this great house. It is a great property, centrally located on HHI in Palmetto Dunes. The house is well equipped, and Juliet continues to make changes to enhance the guest experience every year. She is very responsive to any needs you may have as well. Great family accommodations

The house was perfect for the size of our family. 10 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 kid, 2 toddlers. Lots of room to spread out. The children loved the pool. We ordered bikes and the older children and their parents did a lot of bike riding in the area. The beach was close. We would drive one truck and/or use the shuttle service. The kitchen was well equipped w/ utensils and we cooked at home most evenings. Thank you for your hospitality.

We picked this home because it was spacious when having guests or extended families and it was a very easy to get to several beach access points, 20-30 min walk, 5 min by bike and few minutes by private "door to beach" seasonal shuttle. Easy 5 Min walk or bike to Shelter Cove Marina, Harbourfest activities, fireworks(seasonal) restaurants and shops for adults and our teens to get to the without having to drive or deal with parking. Great spacious home and location for everyone in the group - on and off the beach and not near the seasonal crowds.

Why they chose this property

We loved Hilton head Island since our first family vacation many years ago and have been returning ever year since! Beach is definitely the main draw, but for those (like me) that can not sit on the beach all day, there is really something for everyone within the resort and around the island and surrounding areas. This home is centrally located between the beach and the shops/restaurants and amenities of Shelter Cove.

This home is unique with approx. 5,000+ sq. feet, very spacious. Main floor has 1 large Master Bedroom and another bedroom each with own bathroom. 2nd Master upstairs with bathroom (2) additional bedrooms Jack and Jill bath House has many living areas to separate during down times. Family room, Living Room, Dining Room, Game Room with pool table & TV, large eat in kitchen and dining room, garage (with extra refrigerator), and laundry room, pool & spa (can be heated seasonal extra fees) and covered patio.
