59 Port Tack in Palmetto Dunes. 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 2 king master suites with bubble tubs . Both have 50" flat screens. Back porch with rockers overlooking pool with spa. Large patio with barbecue with bar top for outdoor entertaining. Dock on the 11 mile lagoon system. Great for kayaking or canoeing. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms one queen and one king . Both have private baths and 42" flat screens. One King Master suite.
Upstairs: Kids room upstairs has three singles and one trundle(sleeps 4) and has two TVs. One King Master suite
Family room with 50" flat screen TV, surround sound stereo. No Smoking. No Animals permitted. Wireless Internet in office which overlooks lagoon.
2 refrigerators 1 in kitchen, 1 in garage.


Specials: Our home is normally a Sat to Sat rental, however from October 1st through Feb 28th we would be able to consider other date ranges.

Spring Break

The property is exactly as stated in the description. Best fully stocked kitchen we have ever had for a rental. You do not need to bring anything. Accomodations were perfect for 8 adults. The pool/spa were awsome! Definately plan on returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rental!

Awesome house

We spent thanksgiving here with our family as we do every year. There was some debate about whether this was our best rental ever. We were really pleased that the hot tub heated well on the cooler nights. You won’t be disappointed in this rental

November SC Vacation

House was good and the resort of Palmetto Dunes never disappoints. Fair walk from house to nearest beach access made easier if you have a bike of course. Family had fun and would do it again.

August Trip

Owners are great!! House is nice but shows that it has been rented out a lot the last 10 years! The Kitchen has everything you need and more, nice outside grill. Plus they have a bunch of pool and beach toys (Chairs and floats) Parking with 3 cars is a pain and trying to get a car in and out of the garage is not fun.

Better than expected

We were so pleased with this property. The house is gorgeous and better than the pictures. Joe was easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions throughout the whole process. The upstairs was great for kids and everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look at this house again in the future.

Great House and Quiet Location

The house was a perfect size for us and our extended family. Access to the garage and second fridge was huge for us to store golf clubs, bikes and beach equipment which we don’t normally get with a rental. The house was well equipped and everything was clean and orderly.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Loved this home, the location in Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head in general! The home was the perfect setup for 3 couples and 5 cousins as everyone has their own space. We spent tons of time in the heated pool and beautiful backyard. Loved it!

Awesome HHI Vacation

House was bigger/nicer than expected. Awesome backyard...Adults/kids loved the hot tub & pool combo. Beach was a short walk away. Joe was very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week at the beach. This home was very spacious and well-stocked with anything we would need. We loved the layout of the house and the quiet location in the neighborhood. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax on cooler days. The owner was quick to respond to any needs.

Perfect for families

We loved the outdoor space the most; the pool was larger by HH standards, perfect for 5 boys under 12. There were plenty of outdoor sitting areas as well. The boys also got to fish off the dock and played on the outdoor chess set numerous times. For the adults, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. We brought our own bikes but were happy to see access to the garage for storing them plus an additional refrigerator. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great house for families

The house is very spacious, clean and more than we expected or hoped it would be. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond to any questions. There are three bedrooms downstairs and another two upstairs all with comfortable beds with all the linens and sets of towels on each bed in the room. There are two full baths upstairs and three full and one half bath downstairs each with shampoo and soap. There is a big comfortable couch and two dining areas one with six chairs and the other seats eight. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker in the main house and another refrigerator in the garage. The pool is a great asset with a spa attached to it. Also, outside the house is a built in grill and another weber grill available. The kitchen has a Kuerig for your coffee pods or by the pot, a toaster and numerous pots, pans, utensils and more pots and appliances in closets near the kitchen. In the garage is a closet full of beach toys for the children, a couple of beach umbrellas and 6 or 8 beach chairs. This house was more than we expected and my family had a great time and enjoyed going to the beach and using the pool to relax. Highly recommend this house to anyone considering visiting Hilton Head.

Great Experience

My adult children, their spouses and four small grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have rented several homes through VRBO and this one was definitely the best equipped. The setting was lovely and the floor plan was such that everyone had their own space. I would definitely rent again.

Great house for big family!

Port Tack was fantastic for our group of 12 (8 adults 4 young children). Palmetto Dunes is certainly one of the nicer communities on the island and it showed. The house was tucked back into the community quite a bit so it was very quiet the entire time. The house is even more spacious in person than the pictures show. The pool was great and very warm which was perfect with young children (not heated, still high 80’s water temp). Working with the owner, Joe, was nothing short of great and he was one of the most responsive owners I’ve ever dealt with renting out a property. He was very quick to respond to any request/question whether it be about the pool or through hurricane Idalia. Our group loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Port Tack!

Lovely house with everything we needed. I thought we had 6 bedrooms but only able to use 5. The 6th bedroom would have been helpful with the infant we had. The guest bathroom had a very loose towel holder but otherwise it was perfect.

HHI vacation

We rented the property for our family including our 2 daughters, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. The property was exactly as pictured and was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our grandkids loved the pool.

Excellent Rental Property

The house is spacious with plenty of areas to spend time together and room for everyone to have their own space as well. We had 8 family members together for our visit and everyone from age 20 to 65 enjoyed it! We all look forward to visiting again. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the backyard offered sufficient privacy. The beach is a short bike ride away and about a 15 minute walk. The kitchen was equipped with all of the supplies needed to prepare meals for 8 people. The additional pool items and beach chairs were also very helpful. The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Joe was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property rental and will rent it again when we are visiting Hilton Head!

Perfect

The pictures of the property don't do it justice. It's a beautiful house and stocked with everything you could need. Joe, the owner, was great when there was a problem with the pool. It made our spring break trip wonderful and relaxing.

We chose Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes specifically because of it's property management history and an excellent home owners association. The neighborhood is always in great shape!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is located on the 11 mile lagoon system offering direct access to water for kayaking and fishing! Two of our favorite activities. We are only 6/10th's of mile to the beach. Riding bikes on the beach is at the top of our list! Our guests have stated that there is no need to go to the beach with the large pool, large deck, barbecue, hammock, dock and games.
