59 Port Tack dans Palmetto Dunes. 5 chambres et 5. 5 salles de bains. master 2 suites roi avec bains à bulles et des douches de vapeur. Tous les deux ont 50 'écrans plats. porche arrière avec rockers donnant sur la piscine avec spa. Grande terrasse avec barbecue en dur avec barre supérieure pour les réceptions en plein air. Dock sur le système lagunaire de 11 mile. Grande pour le kayak ou le canoë-kayak. En bas: 2 chambres dont une reine et un roi. Les deux ont des bains privés et 42 écrans plats ». Enfants chambre à l'étage a trois singles et un lit gigogne (4 couchages) et dispose de deux téléviseurs. , salle familiale avec 48 'TV écran plat entourent son stéréo. Interdiction De Fumer. Non Animaux autorisés. Internet sans fil dans le bureau qui donne sur la lagune.


Promotions: Notre maison est normalement du samedi au samedi de location, mais à partir du 1er Octobre à 28 février, nous serions en mesure d'envisager d'autres plages de dates.

November SC Vacation

House was good and the resort of Palmetto Dunes never disappoints. Fair walk from house to nearest beach access made easier if you have a bike of course. Family had fun and would do it again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Loved this home, the location in Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head in general! The home was the perfect setup for 3 couples and 5 cousins as everyone has their own space. We spent tons of time in the heated pool and beautiful backyard. Loved it!

great beach get-away

My family really enjoyed this home. It was clean, convenient to restaurants, beach, and other activities. Not recommended for small children, due to no gate around the pool, and the lagoon. But the house was beautiful, very pleasant place to stay.

The property is exactly as stated in the description. Best fully stocked kitchen we have ever had for a rental. You do not need to bring anything. Accomodations were perfect for 8 adults. The pool/spa were awsome! Definately plan on returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect rental!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week at the beach. This home was very spacious and well-stocked with anything we would need. We loved the layout of the house and the quiet location in the neighborhood. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax on cooler days. The owner was quick to respond to any needs.

Awesome HHI Vacation

House was bigger/nicer than expected. Awesome backyard...Adults/kids loved the hot tub & pool combo. Beach was a short walk away. Joe was very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!

Awesome house

We spent thanksgiving here with our family as we do every year. There was some debate about whether this was our best rental ever. We were really pleased that the hot tub heated well on the cooler nights. You won’t be disappointed in this rental

We rented the property for our family including our 2 daughters, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. The property was exactly as pictured and was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our grandkids loved the pool.

Great Experience

My adult children, their spouses and four small grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have rented several homes through VRBO and this one was definitely the best equipped. The setting was lovely and the floor plan was such that everyone had their own space. I would definitely rent again.

Great House and Quiet Location

The house was a perfect size for us and our extended family. Access to the garage and second fridge was huge for us to store golf clubs, bikes and beach equipment which we don’t normally get with a rental. The house was well equipped and everything was clean and orderly.

Perfect

The pictures of the property don't do it justice. It's a beautiful house and stocked with everything you could need. Joe, the owner, was great when there was a problem with the pool. It made our spring break trip wonderful and relaxing.

Wonderful family holiday

Our family had a fantastic week staying at the Soboloski house. It was our forth year visiting the island, and the only year that the weather wasn't in our favour. Luckily, the beautiful accommodations provided a fabulous atmosphere for many cherished memories. The covered back porch was used daily as it was sheltered with a beautiful view. Every aspect of the home is exceptional: cleanliness, location and provisions provided.

We had just recently installed 6 flat screens throughout and added additional kitchen items so you have all that you need to cook those crabs and shrimp up!
