Our unit is located at 115th St. and Coastal Hwy. It has been beautifully renovated within the past 2 years, tiled floors accented with new rugs, remodeled and fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances.
It is comfortably furnished and has 42" flat screen TV's/DVD players in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also a TV/DVD player in the den.
You are just steps away from the sand and surf. You can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean waves from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the porpoises swim by just off the coast.
There is so much to do at the Sea Watch- indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, exercise room and sauna await you. Across the street are movie theaters, grocery store and shopping mall. There are many restaurants within walking distance or hop on the bus and ride all day for $2.
Rentals restricted to couples and families. Unit is NON-SMOKING and pets are prohibited by renters at Sea Watch. Come enjoy the sand and surf at Sea Watch.

We have just returned from a much needed vacation and really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's a lovely unit in a terrific complex. The weather was very nice and the accomodations were superb. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for your home away from home. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the pools are so nice. The complex has so many ammenites for the entire family, the staff are very personable, the area is immaculate, and the parking is a breeze. Our family enjoyed their time immensely. We actually had a very nice week to work with; and we weren't sure we were going to get a nice week mid September. The weather was terrific the first five days. So overall we can't complain, mid seventies. Thank-you for sharing your unit with us. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to this unit again.

We stayed at Melinda's condo 9/3-9/10/2011. We throughly enjoyed our vacation in the condo and all the amenitites that Sea Watch had to offer. The condo was clean, nicely furnished with a fully stocked newly renovated ktichen that had everything you needed. All the appliances were new and worked great. We loved using the beach chairs and umbrella that Melinda provided...one less thing to pack! The views were amazing and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Everyone at Sea Watch was kind and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Melinda, she responded quickly to all of our emails and happily and quickly answered any questions we had. The only bad thing is that we had to leave. Couting the days until we can return!!

We were very impressed with how clean the unit was. It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs and other beach items were great. Having a fully stocked kitchen was very helpful and the view was perfect! Melinda was avaible and quickly responded to all e-mail.

Our stay at sea watch was from July 23rd to 30th. From the moment we arrived at Sea Watch, I must say we were impressed. The security guard greeted us with a friendly greeting and welcomed us to Sea Watch. The place is very clean and well kept. Our room was amazing with the most beautiful view anyone could ask for. Our condo was comfy and truly had everything. Melinda provided us with their own beach chairs which we appreciated that we didn't have to bring ours. I would also like to state that Melinda was great to work with from answering questions with a prompt response to providing us with all the necessary information that we needed and made our stay a happy and relaxing one. I highly recommend staying at this particular condo. Thank you Melinda for everything and providing a great place and being wonderful to deal with. We will be back and marked it in our favorites!

My family and my inlaws stayed in this unit. From the beginning, Melinda was very prompt with responding to e-mails and was always very helpful and curteous. Sea Watch is an awesome place to stay and great for little children (mine are 5 and 2). The unit was very nice. The kitchen was very well equiped and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pictures do make it appear bigger but we had 4 adults and 2 little children and we were definately not cramped. Loved that you have a separate room for washer and dryer and a place to put your beach things. The flat screen TV's were also great!! My mother in law was even able to get some of her work done since the unit has it's own internet which is another great perk! Would definately stay there again.

My family and I d such a great time in Ocean City, Melinda is a great person to keep in contact with. Her unit was very clean and had a great set up. We really liked the fact that she had some really cool chairs for the beach that we were able to use, and some inner tubes that my kids enjoyed using. My experience was awesome, all the people around the area are really nice. I would tell anyone to stay in this unit it accommodated my family very well. We had seven of us in this unit and the neat thing is the kids all stayed in the den area, and my 80 year old father loved having his own bedroom. Once again thank you Melinda for all your help.

This condo is so nice, everything was very clean, everything was there that we needed, including 6 VERY nice beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, innertubes, extra blankets, pillows, etc.. Melinda was great to deal with, always a quick response when I had a question. The beach chairs were such a perk to the trip, they were the nicest beach chairs, they had everything, a cooler pack in the back to carry drinks or small food items! Great ocean view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend. Sea Watch is also the greatest condo complex, has everything, indoor, outdoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, play ground for the kids, a nice little store downstairs that sells food and ice cream, movie theather across the street, etc. Great location!! Highly recommended, will stay again when we visit OC again!

We just got home from our week at Melinda's condo and we had a wonderful experience. The entire Sea Watch resort was so clean and beautifully landscaped! Her unit had everything you could need for the beach plus the best view in Ocean City. We loved the pool and beach being so close. Melinda was great to work with and made it so easy. She promptly returns all emails and makes the rental so painless. We had a really relaxing and fun vacation!!

Took the Family for two weeks to Melinda's wonderful Condo. She has great Communication and is available most times. Place was amazing and very clean. Everything was supplied (Except for food :-) ) Maybe she will come up with that next :-) Great time and look forward to making this a Family tradition!
