Twenty acre ranch 13 miles from the Hotel Jerome in Aspen in aq spectacular valley with lovely mountain views. The ranch is a wonderful gathering place for your family and friends in this unique mountain paradise. It backs up to BLM land so great hiking right outside the door. Comfortable and carefree. Pets OK.
Adobe house with brick floors, fireplace in living room, and a 2nd fireplace in one of the three downstairs bedrooms. All glass front upstairs and down with south-facing all day sun exposure.
The master bedroom is huge with its own private bathroom that has an oversized tub and walk-in shower. Downstairs the three bedrooms open onto a large patio. There are 2 more large bathrooms with walk-in showers downstairs. A guest bathroom upstairs as well. The kitchen/great room has a wonderful country feel with seating for ten at the table. Big decks wrap around sides and front of house.
The Roaring Fork River can be seen from our deck. It runs the length of the valley. The Frying Pan River is less than 5 miles away in Basalt. The bike path crosses this property down by the road. Bike to the famous Woody Creek Tavern for lunch, about 5 miles from the ranch one way, or to Bernard's for breakfast in Basalt, about 5 miles from the ranch the other way. The RFTA bus stop is a mile and half from the ranch on hwy 82. It runs every 30 minutes to Aspen.
Monthly rentals include by-weekly cleaning, beds changed. All utilities included. Paper products and cleaning products provided. No damage deposit required.
Bring the doggies. They love it here. Wide open spaces and a quarter mile off the country road, so no traffic. Dogs learn to behave and have a good time, just like their owners do, in this idyllic setting!
