Immaculate NON-SMOKING Gated Condominium with completely new furnishings, mattresses, light fixtures, cookware, glassware, and linens! Just because you rent does not mean you must settle for less than perfect surroundings. Rather, you can relax in a professionally decorated condo with all new furnishings.

A few blocks from the World Arena and within walking distance to Starbucks, grocery, restaurants, pizza, and Quail Lake and Trails. Centrally located and a only few minutes away from the Broadmoor, Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak, golfing, and downtown Colorado Springs. A short distance from the interstate, it is ideal for traveling 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy, Focus on the Family, and premium outlet shopping in Castle Rock. Not sure what you want to do when you arrive? A library of pamphlets and information on the area is provided upon your arrival.

The condominium is set up with several sleeping options for optimal flexibility. A new king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a new Full/Twin Bunk. The living room has a new pull out Queen sofa that is amazingly comfortable. The sheets and blankets are new and great quality.

There are two bathrooms that are setup for flexibility of travelers of all ages. The master has a soaker Jacuzzi tub and also a showerhead. (Pictures will be uploaded April 5). The master bed/bath also has a coffee bar for the early riser that does not wish to disturb other guests. The second bathroom has safety handles securely attached to the wall with a tub and showerhead that is removable and also slides up and down the wall. Perfect for children or seniors. Water heater is easily accessible for temperature safety when traveling when children.

The kitchen is immaculate and stocked with common spices, condiments, and paper goods. All cookware, stock pots, griddles, crock pots, cooking utensils, and glassware is new and top quality. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and electric oven with 4 burners and a fifth warmer burner. The kitchen is open to the dining area and family room.

The dining table seats up to six people and has an optional leaf which makes it a large square table perfect for evening gatherings and games. (We have family appropriate games available for your use.) It is a new Restoration Hardware table, so please, remember to use the coasters!

The family room is tastefully decorated with new oversize couch, loveseat, chair, and ottoman. The flat screen TV was not delivered at time of photo, pictures will be updated in early April. A family friendly video library will be provided or there is video rental nearby.

Need to work while you are on vacation? I understand. A secure wireless connection is provided along with a printer/scanner/copier machine. A new desk houses all items you need to complete your work and get back to vacation! A UPS facility is right down the road for faxing and shipping.

Family Friendly amenities: Sippy Cups, High Chair, Graco Port-a-Crib. There is ample room in Master Bedroom to set up Port-a-Crib. Bathtub has sturdy handles and moveable shower head perfect for small children or older adults. The showerhead also removes into a handheld sprayer. Family friendly video library.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

The property is in like new condition. It is a NON-SMOKING home, freshly painted and all furnishings, decorations, lighting, cookware, and amenities are brand new in March 2009. Professionally decorated with quality furnishings make this a comfortable stay. The Restoration Hardware table is the perfect place to gather after a long day of sightseeing. Coffee Bar in Master Bedroom/Bath is perfect for the early riser that would like to spend the morning relaxing in a king size bed. Starbucks, groceries, pizza, and Chinese takeout are within walking distance of the property. The kitchen is well appointed with every tool from garlic presses and zesters to crock pots and roasters!

    • I love this condo. The location was perfect to visit many attractions within just 1 hour driving. We visited Pikes peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Seven Falls, Royal Gorge Bridge and US Air force academy. My family enjoyed staying in this condo for 4 nights. All facilities are very convenient. I definitely recommend this condo. My family want to visit this condo again.
