The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love being next to the kid's Tree House center, and our kids visit the center often. In Winter, we are right next to the Dobie Ski Area. We can walk to three restaurants for any meal but can also cook in the full kitchen. This is a rare 2BR, 2FB condo in the Timbers neighborhood.

We had a great weekend and the Condo is perfect ! Great location the only thing is having to go up to third floor after being on the slopes. Very tiring BUT, Worth it because of the Location !! . We cant wait to stay here again. Hopefully it will be available next trip we plan to Wintergreen. Very clean , just as described. Great working with the realty place also. Great communication.

Just spent a long weekend here. The central location of this condo is great. Communication and check-in procedures was good. It also would be good if the listing mentioned that this place is on the third floor, as some could have difficulty with that. Since the condo is listed as sleeping 6, it would be good if there were 6 dining chairs and 6 washcloths instead of 4. And it is not right to list the unit as having WiFi when there is no dedicated service. The Wintergreen service could only be accessed on our computer by sitting against the wall on the trashcan in the corner of the kitchen.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Me, my wife, and two friends just came back from Wintergreen for a weekend ski trip. The condo was just how it was described, it was very clean and everything was in working order. We had plenty of space for four adults. The condo was in the perfect location, right beside the Dobie slopes and literally steps away from the Moutain Inn, restaurants and bars. Once the truck was parked we never needed it again until we left. We discussed how we would try to book this place again when we return to Wintergreen.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Just wanted to say thank you! My friends and I loved this place. It is so nice and the location couldn't have been any better. We truly had a wonderful stay. I plan to come back with my husband soon! I really appreciate all of your help in making our stay a perfect one.
