You'll love staying at one of Okaloosa's newest popular complexes. This fifth floor unit with 9 ft ceilings, granite counter tops and a large private balcony is sure to WOW you. You'll love the natural beauty and abundant fun Okaloosa Island has to offer, with it's sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We love that there are no crowds or traffic here (Okaloosa has a seven story building limit) yet you're still close enough to fine restaurants, golf, nightlife, water sports, shopping and endless activities for the kids.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with high quality bedding and large to the floor glass doors overlooking the Gulf and the door opens out to the balcony. You can enjoy the amazing views while you watch TV on the LCD TV in the armoire. The master bath has double sinks and a shower/tub.
The Second bedroom has two twins/bunk bed and it's own TV.
The Third bedroom has a queen size bed, access to the second full bathroom and a view of the Santa Rosa Sound.
The sofa in the living room opens up to a queen-size bed, new in '09. You can also enjoy seating in our his & her recliners. This is all about relaxing & enjoying the view and your family. We have a 37" LCD TV in the living area and free high speed internet access.
If you are familiar with Okaloosa Island we are located between Nautilus and Aqua Villa, behind Tom Thumb. Approximately 1 mile down Santa Rosa Blvd. off Hwy 98.
Sea Dunes only has 24 units and several owners live there so we are never too crowded at the gulf front swimming pool with integrated hot tub.
This is the perfect place to create those life-long family memories, have a romantic get away, or just relax and enjoy the beauty and calming of the beach and maybe see the dolphins that often swim and play in front of the complex.
WE ARE NOW OFFERING A COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE WHICH INCLUDES AN UMBRELLA AND TWO BEACH CHAIRS PER DAY (Value: $200/wk) MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER. HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IS NOW AVAILABLE.

o Beautiful condo with unobstructed view of the Emerald Sea. The bed in the main bedroom was to die for as was the 37 inch HDTV. Also the free internet was very useful for e-mails back home. Would recommend this place to anyone. One disappointment, didn't see many dolphins, I guess they were on holiday as well.

o The condo was beautiful and just what we needed to accommodate our family. We were in Ft. Walton Beach for our sons wedding and it was great to have a place more like home than staying in a motel. The view was awesome, and we were able to see the dolphins one day. After we resolved our TV issue - our stay was a wonderful experience. Sea Dunes is a very quiet place to stay.

o The condo was warm and welcoming, and extremely clean! We appreciated not having to bring our own beach towels. The the heated pool and the outdoor hot-tub were fabulous during the unusually cool evenings during our stay. Quiet building! We didn't hear noise from the neighbors (Perhaps we timed it just right before the spring breakers?) PS- the blender and coffeemaker were top of the line!

This is our second stay at this apartment and we are delighted with the accomodation.The view of the Gulf from the 5th floor is exceptional and the dolphins passing by are a delight to watch.Although we did not have to use the second and third bedrooms they would be of great use to a large family.The apartment is well stocked and wants for nothing. We will be back again.Can recommend this place to anyone.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
