It was even featured as one of the most romantic apartments in the World on The Fine Living Channel's Program: Around the World in 80 Homes.

Our apartment is located on the Left Bank, just four blocks from the Seine River and one block from the Eiffel Tower. It is close to major landmarks and monuments, walking distance to the Musee d'Orsay, Invalides, Bateaux Mouche boat tours of Paris and across the street from the Eiffel Tower.
You are five blocks to one of the largest open markets in Paris; three blocks to the legendary rue Cler Open Food Market. It is surrounded by cafes, shops, markets, and restaurants, a wonderful base from which to discover the delights of Paris. Excellent transportation near the apartment: Ecole Militaire metro is four blocks, local train to Versailles is four blocks, three major bus lines are a half block away.

Enter on the fifth floor (sixth floor American, with elevator) to a small entryway, antique chest, and closet. The living room is to the left, spiral staircase leading to the sixth floor straight ahead; powder room/water closet are immediately to left of front door. There are ample closets for coats and baggage in our Paris rental apartment.

The living room is spacious and designer-furnished in yellows, oak parquet floors, cream-colored walls, and a white antique fireplace. There are two, large sofas upholstered in yellows, beautiful antique mirror, and large coffee table. One of the sofa's easily converts to make a full twin bed at night...easy and comfortable.

TV, VCR, and stereo are located in the cupboards next to fireplace. The DVD player is adapted for American movies, so bring your own favorite films and favorite music. The living room is cheerful and extremely comfortable for relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing or shopping. There is a free wireless ADSL line for your computer. We have also installed a security safe for your valuables.

Two sets of French doors lead from the living room to the balcony where guests find an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower to the left and city life below. A round, marble, bistro table and chairs sit on the balcony for you to enjoy croissants and café au lait, or toast the sunset in the evening.

Guests love to stand on the balcony and watch Parisian life unfold below, as they go to work, take their children to school, buy their baguettes, and meet friends to have a coffee or meal at the local café. The view means a lifetime of memories.

The dining room and kitchen area are separated from the living room by a small bar; dining table can seat eight. The kitchen is fitted with all appliances: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, etc. With a full array of cookware, you can shop the local market and prepare your own gourmet meals.

A circular, glass brick wall surrounds the spiral staircase leading upstairs to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The guest bath is at the top of the stairs: it has been completely remodeled with full fixed shower, sink, washer, and dryer. It is tiled in beige French limestone.

A separate toilet is located on sixth-floor landing, similar to the fifth floor.

The master bedroom is decorated in beige and has a dual king-size bed and ample closets. Two rows of closets lead directly to the en suite bathroom. It was just remodeled in white marble with a contemporary feel. There is a full-sized bathtub, separate fixed shower, and double sinks.

From the bedroom look left to see the Eiffel Tower. This is one of the top floors of a Parisian building, so you look over the rooftops of the quartier, straight ahead.

All windows and French doors in our Paris apartment rental are new and provide excellent sound and thermal insulation.

The second bedroom is decorated in beige and pale blue and has comfortable single beds. An antique, mahogany dresser and large closet provide ample storage. There are Eiffel views from each bedroom!

Thank you for deposit refund; it arrived before we returned home! Our stay in your apartment was superb....Mom and I had the most wonderful week in Paris, and your help and support made it special. The apartment is truly beautiful, and your team were marvellous. Sincere thanks to you both. We will strongly recommend you to all.

'I have rented apartments in Paris fourteen times in the last 18 years. I recently returned from a ten day trip where I stayed at this apartmet with my sister and two women friends.

This is the finest apartment in which I have EVER stayed in Paris. The facilities are wonderful -- the two w.c.s made having four women much easier. The two showers insured that everyone was on time for various adventures and the soaking tub made for exquisite late afternoon respites!

Furniture is quite lovely; all facilities easy to use. I am a cook and, I was impressed with the facilities in the kitchen. The espresso machine was GREAT. The location is great. Near the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower; great for morning walks. Good bus lines that take you to Bastille or the Opera via Madeleine. Close to Ecole Militaire, a good subway stop, and a quick walk to Pont de l'Alma, the nearest RER. We loved sitting on the balcony and writing in journals or painting the scenes below. We had a fabulous experience, and will definitely return!'

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

“We brought our family of 5 to Paris for Thanksgiving while our daughter was studying abroad. Our apartment and its location were superb and exceeded all expectations. The photographs were completely accurate, storage was plentiful, and the gift basket was a warm welcome. The bakery, butcher, cheese shop, wine, and G20 grocery are literally steps away. The 2-level apartment was perfect for a family with young adult children and the kitchen easily serviced our holiday feast. Just when we didn't think anything could be better, our Paris Perfect staff showed us the phone to call home, gave us maps to get around, and answered every question. They were as perfect as the location and stay. We'll defintiely be back! "

"Great split level apartment with all amenities even a good coffee machine. They also offered free internet and phone calls... a great bonus when you are far from home. The area is fabulous with many wonderful restaurants, cafes and food stores. My 12 year old took great delight in visiting the boulangerie at the base of the apartment building twice a day for our baguette " fix ". The apartment was lovely and the staff at Paris Perfect were even better! We had trouble with the electricity whilst we were there so were offered compensation readily. The staff at Paris Perfect were very very proffesional. We have stayed in many types of apartment and hotels in Paris and this company are one of the best."

“We had the most amazing time in Paris and a big par of this was thanks to our perfect apartment! We really felt at home and enjoyed all the apartment had to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower, washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds. We loved our experience and have told everyone about Paris Perfect and our Bordeaux rental. Thanks Sara for making it so easy to check in and out. We were a little nervous as to how that would go (not being in a hotel) but it was seamless. Oh and cannot forget Victor. His drivers made our trip to and from the train station & airport so carefree. I highly recommend calling him. He was terrific! Thanks again and we hope to be visiting Paris again very soon! We know where we will be staying!"

I am sending a message to let you know how delighted we were with our stay at the Bordeaux apartment just recently. Your welcome attendant was on time waiting for us when we arrived and the apartment was clean, fresh and warm. "The bottle of wine and small extra's like biscuits. milk etc made our arrival just that bit easier. All the dealings with your staff have been helpful and professional. I have to make a comment on Victor, the driver you recommended, was outstanding! We used him on several occasions. He is certainly an asset to your company. We have recommended Paris Perfect rentals and will continue to do this in the future,"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay at the Bordeaux. The neighborhood was fantastic & we especially liked being able to try many nearby boulangeries for bringing croissants, etc. back to the apartment for breakfast. We feel the experience we had was far superior to staying in a hotel room and, considering breakfast in, wine & cheese in the evenings, & a few wonderful meals brought in from markets, we ended up getting far more for our money - & enjoying ourselves a lot more. We would recommend Paris Perfect to anyone!"

"The Bordeaux apartment is lovely. The views shown on the website are exactly what you get. It's fun waking up to see the Eiffel Tower out of your bedroom window - and the light shows in the evenings are fantastic. The amenities in the apartment are well considered. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and especially plenty of wine glasses! The 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teenagers) were quite comfortable in the apartment - plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Paris Perfect staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely use Paris Perfect again on a future trip to the City of Light!"

“ Our thanks to all the staff for a "perfect" stay in Paris. We were atthe Bordeaux in June and both the apartment and the locale were terrific. We truly felt like residents. Only a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower(with a great view from the apartment windows as well), a first classbutcher, patisserie, cheese shop, boulangerie, and supermarket withinsteps, fine restaurants and Rue Cler just down the street, all in a greatneighborhood setting. Easy walking to many prime sights and the Metro isclose by as well. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked and weappreciated the local information package you supplied. It was a great place to stay with our three young children as they reallygot to feel what it's like to live in the center of this great city. Thanksfor the fine service."

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making our stay in Paris absolutely PERFECT! We loved the apartment (Bordeaux) and the neighborhood, which was an ideal location close to everything we could want -- cafes and restaurants, boulangeries, a grocery store, boutiques, ATMs, the Metro/RER stations -- and, of course, la Tour Eiffel. I must admit I was a bit nervous at first about booking an apartment on-line, but your Paris Perfect Team made it a wonderful experience. You are real professionals at what you do, and you seemed to have thought of everything even before we could think of it -- your booklet of valuable information, the current editions of all those travel books, the well-stocked apartment (lotions, soap, dishes, corkscrew, etc.), the handy extra converter, and especially the thoughtful welcoming basket were all much appreciated. I look forward to another stay at one of your apartments. Actually, I am thrilled to see that you also have properties in Italy (through Excellent Europe), since we are considering our next vacation in 2010 -- although if it were up to me, I'd return again and again to Paris! Thank you for such a lovely stay in such a lovely city, Cynthia Whaley”

“The apartment in Paris was perfect and we loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy areas. We arrived on Bastille Day and were able to watch the most incredible fireworks display set off from the Eiffel tower so near to our balcony. There was a crowd estimated at 800,000 people that streamed by below us which was a show in itself. We had one of our best meals at one of the restaurants you recommended down the street at Café Constant. The staff from Paris Perfect were attentive and very communicative; checking in with us frequently. All in all we had a wonderful time.”Pam Dennis - Saturday, July 25th 2009
