Exceptionally spacious (1340 sq. ft. including lanai), comfortable, well equipped, and attractive, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the Royal Sea Cliff Resort on Alii Drive. Good ocean view (direct sunset in spring and fall, frequent cruise ship visits) from lanai, plus view of Hualalai Mountain. Air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans. Perfect for adults (king size bed in Master, queen in second bedroom) but also "kid-friendly" with extras such as a single futon that makes a great toddler bed, a Grayco play yard/port-a-crib, a booster seat type 'high chair' with tray, plus assorted beach toys.
Resort is well landscaped with two oceanfront pools, tennis court, sauna, covered parking, and elevators. The complex is about a mile south of Kailua-Kona, with lots of shopping and restaurants right along the waterfront. Our unit is back off the street, so it is usually quiet at night. High speed internet in lobby (fee). Free wireless internet connection in lobby.

We were pleased with the accommodations. The condo accommodated the 7 of us and was convenient to get a (small)wheelchair around. The condo was very clean and well furnished with all we needed; an abundance of beach towels, beach toys, snorkel gear, ice chest, even an underwater watch. We were apprehensive about renting a condo from someone we did not know. However, Art and Kathy reassured us and were very nice to fill us in with good recommendations and comments. Parking was convenient even for handicapped. We enjoyed the lanai and the birds that came to visit us. Did not see any bugs even though they said to keep an eye open for ants. We have to say that the unit exceeded out expectations. We definitely recommend Art and Kathy's Condo. (A list of places to visit has been edited out and can be found in the guestbook.)

Grandparents, Parents, and 2 teens! We were all very comfortable in your lovely condo. Spent time at Hapuna Beach and watched turtles at Kahalu'u Beach Park. We traveled to Kealakekua Bay and saw (from afar) Capt. Cook's monument. We did a little shopping an spent Christmas here with a Turkey dinner and all the trimmings. Thank you very much!!

(2nd visit) We have enjoyed another 6 weeks in your very comfortable home. No earthquake this year-just a tremmor :-). Hapuna Beach was wonderful. Snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach just a little south about a mile was great...including so many turtles. Other goodies: Royal Kona Luau, Kirin Chinese Restaurant at Hilton Waikaloa, Don the Beachcomber at the Royal Kona-all terrific! Thank you so much again!

We had such a good time here. Most enjoyed the lanai every morning while sipping coffee and listening to slack key guitar and the birds, etc.. Visted Hilo and Tsunami Museum, South Kona Coffee Plantation, and Kilauea Volcano. Relaxed and read few books, hung out at the beach. (Already planning return trip.) Mahalo
