Exceptionally spacious (1340 sq. ft. including lanai), comfortable, well equipped, and attractive, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the Royal Sea Cliff Resort on Alii Drive. Good ocean view (direct sunset in spring and fall, frequent cruise ship visits) from extra large covered lanai, plus view of Hualalai Mountain. Air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans. Perfect for adults (king size bed in Master, queen in second bedroom) but also "kid-friendly" with extras such as a single futon that makes a great toddler bed, a Grayco play yard/port-a-crib, a booster seat type 'high chair' with tray, plus assorted beach toys. The two bedroom/bath suites are located at opposite ends of the condo, furnishing privacy for all.
Resort is beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants, a waterfall, two oceanfront pools, tennis court, sauna, covered parking, and elevators. The lobby activity desk will be happy to help you select and reserve tours, luaus, etc. There are frequently free cultural events and classes (some with a small fee for supplies) in the lobby. The complex is about a mile south of Kailua-Kona, with lots of shopping and restaurants right along the waterfront. Our unit is back off the street, so it is usually quiet at night. Free wireless internet connection in the condo, and computer/printer in lobby, free for limited use.

We're retired, living in San Diego, and make at least 2 extended visits per year to our condo. Because we spend time there ourselves, our condo is comfortable and attractive and provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We're almost always available by email or phone. We have professional on-island property managers who handle all payments and they will respond promptly to any problem or question that arise during your visit.

We had a wonderful time in Kona. This condo was exceptionally wonderful. Very clean with a washer and dryer for the towels and wet gear. Get lani to relax on also. Planning to book another trip for next year!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a perfect location. Snorkeling was excellent! Loved the Monday & Tuesday programs at the condo site. Great birding up Saddle road! Artist village of Holualoa was excellent! Holualoa Gradens and Cafe was fantastic. Skip the laua at the Royal Kona Resort.

Tsunami made this, our second visit to Ryan's condo memborable indeed. Please inform us in advance so we are better prepared, next time! HAHA!! Never so glad to get back to a shower, a bed and a private toilet. Super trip! Will return next year of course!

We have again enjoyed your lovely home in paradise for a month. It is so comfortable and well equipped. Thank you! We would again recommend the Original Chocolate Factory tour. It is fascinating to see how the beans grow. (323-2626). Don't miss Hapuna Beach and snorkeling next the City of Refuge is great!
