Beautifully furnished 2BR/2BA condo (DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!) is fully equipped to meet almost your every vacation need -- you even have a washer & dryer IN this unit! Owners visit regularly to maintain a "quaint, like-new, home-away-from-home" feel to this condo. Located on the 3rd floor, additional perks include HBO, high-speed internet access (at no additional charge!), a DVD player and a stereo/CD system. There's a KING-size bed in the master bedroom and a QUEEN-size bed in the additional bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV and VCR. There are sleeping and dining arrangements for up to FOUR guests only. Island Echos offers guests a large, heated pool (3-8.5'), lighted tennis court, beachside shuffleboard and a barbecue area. This gulf-front complex is close to shopping, restaurants and family entertainment of all kinds--and just 6 short miles to Destin! The Gulfarium, The Boardwalk/Fishing Pier, and the Emerald Coast Conference Center are all less than two miles away!
Owners WILL NOT rent to anyone under age 25; NO PETS of any kind; and NO SMOKING... NO EXCEPTIONS.
3-night minimum requirement. Payment may be made by personal check or POSTAL money order. Credit card payments accepted through PayPal ONLY, with a $25 processing fee. (Rates DO NOT include 11% taxes & $100 departure clean fee.) No refund if cancel less than 2 weeks from arrival date. Full or pro-rated refunds given only if mandatory evacuation notice has been issued.

Denise, Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the condo over the Labor Day weekend. We have watched the recent storm and the track of Ivan, and have had you in our thoughts. Dear Denise, We have been watching the Weather Channel and seen houw much damage the hurricane has brought to the area. We were concerned about you and your family. We stayed in Dolphin Hideaway back in July. I hope you and your family are in a safe place and have not had any damage to you or your home. Hi, Denise We left in the winter and came home in the springtime! It's cool most days but the flowers are popping up everywhere. We really enjoyed your condo. It is better stocked than any I have ever seen. Thanks for the prompt return of the deposit...That second bedroom and bath and the washer & dryer were wonderful.
