'Ocean's Breeze on Bay' beach vacation rental experience.
This abundantly spacious and pet friendly vacation home located in the very desirable Morro Heights is cozy with warmth from a fireplace and lots of natural pine paneling throughout the home. 4 comfortable and charming bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms each with a full tub and a shower stall (deep Jacuzzi tub in Master Bath). Upstairs game/exercise room includes a ping pong table, X-Box 360 wireless game system (with Call to Duty and Guitar Hero games, as well as games for all ages) and also a treadmill looking out over the quiet and serene neighborhood for those wishing to stick to a routine.
The custom country kitchen is fully appointed and the ideal atmosphere to create a delicious meal and chat around the antique chopping block. It is a great house for entertaining.
We have had wedding reception dinners (seating 40), family reunions, golfing groups, birding groups, everyone agrees, Ocean's Breeze provides a quality and luxury experience.
It’s the perfect place to get away, located on a short quiet street with hardly any through traffic. Room to park an RV or boat and trailer, in the driveway. There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use. Ocean's Breeze on Bay is conveniently located near downtown (within walking distance), beaches, golf course which is located on the same hill as Ocean's Breeze, hiking, boating, wine tasting among other activities in the local area.
The two exquisitely decorated queen-sized bedrooms have flat screen televisions and there is a large flat-screen in the living room all with DIRECTV including HBO channels. High-speed DSL internet including wireless is also provided so bring along your laptop!
Beautiful views of both Pacific ocean, Estero Bay and the surrounding hills are provided for your enjoyment.

Morro Bay is the preferred destination for my parents and they stay in a local RV park several times per year. When we were talking about Thanksgiving with the family we set out to find a gathering spot and Ocean's Breeze on Bay was the perfect place for everyone staying in town to meet and celebrate the holiday. Any child who comes into the house is immediately disappeared upstairs into the game room. All of the adults were comfortable in the living area downstairs. Three generations and fun was had by all. We were here for a 50th wedding anniversary for a friend in Atascadero. Hi. We had our family here in Morro Bay to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! We like Morro Bay, the great restaurants, shopping, sea otters, museum and the state park and much more! Lunch at Linn's in Cambria, a tour of Hearst Castle, family pics among the sea grass and dunes near the rock by a professional photographer were highlights! We enjoyed the house! We were here this week to spend time with my daughter before her wedding. This was an amazing opportunity for her to be with her closest friends and have fun being girls. I thank you for the special memories that we have created at Ocean's Breeze. Morro Bay was the perfect location for us to use as a home point in the planning/doing before the wedding. We all had a wonderful family vacation. A highlight was our 'Karoake night' and ping-pong tournament was great too! We spent one day whale watching (we chased one whale) and another kayaking in the bay with a naturalist. That was the highlight for us all. This means that there are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, two decks, both with gas BBQ's, for a sleeping total of 14 guests!

Cancellation policy:

About the owner: We've owned the property since the mid 1960's. The origninal house 'Bay Cottage' was torn down in the mid-1980's and Ocean's and Suite Breeze were built on the property overlooking the Pacific.
Why the Owner Chose Morro Bay:
Ocean's was built by my husband with his own hands and each room reflects the love and care put into the construction of Ocean's Breeze/Suite Breeze in the 1980s.
