Named and styled after our favorite Tuscan village - Siena - our little Italian-style cottage home is a wonderful, romantic, get-away for a couple or a small family. You won't find many rentals with the quality and character of Siena.
The large master bedroom is a wonderful retreat for you and your significant other. Romantic nights can be spent in the new King bed with its beautiful wooden headboard, listening to music, enjoying the Gulf breeze, being dazzled by the flames from the fireplace, or even watching TV. The bedroom also has a sitting area with two beautiful leather and teak chairs and the room opens to a large deck with a hammock that easily holds two people.
You can also escape to the old-world Italian-styled serenity of the master bath which consists of a two-person jacuzzi tub and separate shower - all surrounded with rustic real Italian tumbled marble.
Climb the spiral stairs to the third story deck and enjoy the beautiful western view of the Gulf waters - a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching beautiful Emerald Coast sunsets.
The downstairs area contains a small living area with a sofa sectional (with pull out bed), a full size kitchen, a laundry room, and another bathroom with a luxurious rainfall shower.
Outside there is a small garden where you can relax in the shade or enjoy the sun, cook out on the grill, or enjoy an al-fresco lunch or dinner on the massive teak table.
The house is a short walk (about 600 ft) down a quiet street to the most pristine beaches in the world. Siena is also located within a short drive to many activities and fabulous restaurants on the Emerald Coast.

We had the most amazing trip this week, and enjoyed your cottage. We saw a shark on Tuesday, and it was truly amazing. I had a broken ankle so I was unable to spend alot of time on the beach, but we enjoyed laying out on the deck, and listening to the radio. I can not wait to come back again and enjoy your cottage. This was me and my boyfriends first vacation together that didn't involve a group of people, and there were so many great memories made.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This little house was absolutely wonderful! I especially enjoyed the early morning and late evening strolls along the beach, which is just a short walk down a quiet street. You can hear the ocean from the house and watch the waves from the observation deck. The location is excellent, close to everything on the 30A and plenty of fun places to shop and eat. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I look forward to returning!
