This is an awesome gated community of 4 detached houses and 4 condos owned and operated by an experienced Southern California builder. Located just 5 minutes from the Marques De Leon international commercial and private airport, 5 minutes to town and 3 blocks the La Paz Bay.
The house is nicely furnished and comes with all amenities. Homes are adjacent to and share the waterfall pool and palapa area with a wet bar and a gas BBQ. Our home is 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a laundry room, fireplace, and a private patio. We have a private garage with an automatic garage door opener.
We also provide free airport or bus terminal pick up and delivery in our white, unmarked, late model 9 passenger Suburban equipped with front and rear a/c systems. This vehicle is also available with a driver for City Tours, Cabo San Lucas, and Toto Santos or for your private use on a daily or weekly rate with or without a driver.

- We offer child care for $8 per hour. We also have a private children's play area with seating, We call it "The Arbor" because it has a big shady tree with a unique seating around the tree. It has a small table for projects, a swing set and slide. "The Arbor" is on property.

Why the Owner Chose La Paz
La Paz means peace in English and that is why I chose La Paz, I found peace. The islands are very close and have amazing the sea life. The natural resources are beyond your imagination. The people from La Paz are personal and friendly. If you like Mexico, the people and its culture and you are a water/ocean type person, La Paz is for you. The fishing is very under rated we get game fish all year round and the diving...ship wreck, spear fishing and whale shark diving is some of the best in the world. We get divers from around the world here.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The houses are all very nice and they are all located in a small gated community that was built with vacation rentals in mind, the location, security, the grounds, the pool, the palapa is very nicely finished. It has a wet bar, a gas BBQ, waterfall pool with a swim up table, bathroom and shower areas, music system, sat TV, nice bar and seating for 16 people.
Boat launch, fuel, temporary or permanent slips with 50 amp power. Dry dock repair and dry large or trailer boat storage
